We just want to experience what they say amazing technology, turned into a nightmare when we were charged morethan 60usd for the items worth lessthan 15usd. Amazon go staff present at that time was not even helpful to us.

Be careful and make sure no bums are waiting by the turn stiles to follow you in.
You will be charged for whatever they take.
Really need have security by the door.

I used the Amazon APP to scan the QR code and entered. I felt so indifferent after getting the items. I was a little hesitant when I walked out, but it was completed in seconds. For me, who loves self-service checkout, this experience is really good!

Closed during open hours on the door. Multiple people waiting outside trying to get in. If you say you're going to be open on Saturday be open.

Was underwhelmed for sure. Cool concept just not a great selection of products like I expected.

First experience of this type: there are still staff for alcohol & co.
Very reasonable prices and very easy access.
The negative point is that the snack corner (sandwiches, salads and desserts) was systematically half empty despite being refilled several times during the day by the staff.

This convenience store is very easy to use by registering a payment method in your Amazon account.
Since eating out was expensive, I used it often during my stay.
Even though I don't pay for things when I go out, the money goes out on its own.
Cutting-edge technology, amazing.
