Hours randomly change with no warning. Bad selection after 2pm. Understaffed.

The very limited weekday schedule and not open during the weekends defeats the concept of this store. A better essentials selection could easily fill the void left by closed down the Bartell.

All of the prepared food is gross and tastes like plastic. Food selection isn’t the best. The store isn’t open on the weekends and when it is open during the week, they are often closed stating “will return in 30 minutes.”

Clean and convenient. Friendly staff! Sometimes the food turns out to be stale, but Amazon promptly offers refunds for that

Never enough hot food, high school students always leave the shelves bare. So annoying.

Closed at noon on a Tuesday - not a great choice for lunch.

Consistently won't let me scan in, and offten adds items I didn't pick up to my bill, then I have to call customer service to fix it. Which has gone down hill since the pandemic.

Open despite the construction and wow, very convenient. It was weird being part of the future. ? My first time ever and one of the two staff members I saw, was patient, kind, and helpful.

The hours don’t match the area. Two building with tons of people off Saturday and Sunday and they are closed those days.I go to work near by Saturday and I hate on that day I can’t get my favorite items and have to go to bartells across the steeet.

It's nice to grab and go. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good and cheap coffee. They have specials on coffee ANY size but only supply small cups ?!? That's my reason for todays 3 star.

I'll have to come back and try more of their grab-n-go lunches. Rated them 2 stars becuase I feel like they can do better with their sushi quality. Grabbed two of their crunchy California roll at $7.50 each. The california roll was sprinkled with crunchy onion pieces. The onion pieces are too overpowering. Additionally, the way they fill the roll is inconsistent. The very last pieces had little-to-no filling.I would be more than happy to spend a dollar more for the to-go sushi for something more consistent and of better quality. They do have great salad selection and variety. I'm willing to come back and try more of their stuff.

This was my first time to a store like this. Maybe other locations are larger but this was like a really tiny 7-11, smaller than even gas station marts, with jacked up prices 3x. We didn't really need anything from here, I just wanted to go and see what this contactless shopping was all about. There was a little part of me that wanted to grab a bunch of items, put it in my bag and then return half of them just to see how accurate my bill would be. (But I didn't)I got an Amazon Go bag, a bunch of cold drinks, hot popcorn chicken, and a couple of specialty jerkys, and walked right out of the store. It felt really weird like I was stealing everything but sure enough, my bill appeared on my amazon account, 100% accurate and way more expensive than if we had gone to CVS or Target but you pay for the convenience and the hundreds of cameras watching you. This whole experience was new to all of us who have been living on a rock the last couple of years. So does that mean there are no shoplifters here?
