I'm not someone who normally leaves reviews, however today when I went in to get some underwear. I was using a cane to help me with my bad foot and I was struggling to get a lot of what I needed because it meant I had to be 1-handed while I handled my cane. One employee really went out of her way to help me with finding different styles and colors of underwear and even got me a basket to hold everything. The entire time she was super helpful and accommodating without overstepping or infantilizing me. It was a genuinely really nice moment and it helped me a lot after I had struggled in a few other stores to hold my cane while looking through merchandise. I didn't get her name but in hindsight I wish I had because she really deserves a shout out with how she helped me today :)

Great store. Mostly solid or really good customer serviceCould you please change your location on google maps?! Hard to find you bcs the map sends us to the wrong spot.Easy fix, but you’d need to do it.

I have gone here dozens of times and I just love coming to this location. I typically run into two types of sales people- ones that are really pushy, or ones that ignore your existence. The ladies here are always very warm and friendly, and greet you when you come in and always ask if you need help, but if you say you're just looking they back off and won't find you again unless you legit look lost. Plus, there are always like 5 of them working at one time, so it's super easy to find someone if you really do need help. Sales are always happening throughout the year (6 undies for $25 right now) and the store is always very clean and organized. Sizes are always extremely diverse - whether you're an XXS or XXL you'll find something here! Bra sizes are also generous - I'm only a C cup, but a glance showed they at least go to DD. I will go here over Victoria's Secret any day!

I’ll start with the positives. Aerie is fairly priced with their typical sales here and there that are anywhere from 20-40% off. I love the selection and quality of the clothing. Not to mention everything is so soft and comfy. Each store I have been to was organized and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
