Super helpful and fun staff! Couldn't get my keyboard to turn on and they dug through a million cords to find an obscure one, then helped me troubleshoot my issue until my keyboard was working again. 100% recommend!

Have ordered a couple drum accessories lately and had a great experience with the drum guru.. ordered a couple things online and they came within a reasonable time overall had a great experience
