AM/PM locations are known for having the best prices on gasoline, whenever they are located. While I am not a frequenter of the convenience store, they do seem to be well stocked all the time.

This am/pm in Northgate no longer stays open 24 hours, over the past year, whoever's working the overnight shift has been locking the door earlier and earlier, at 1st it was from around 3:30am to 4:30am for cleaning that wasn't a problem, but tonight I arrived there at 1:25am and the door was locked even though the sign says open, I don't think I'll be shopping there anymore

At night, you're forced to interact through a tiny little window, which is already frustrating. But when the staff doesn't speak English, it becomes impossible to communicate. How are they supposed to know what I need if we can't even understand each other? One and done. I know they don't care, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a frustrating experience at this store regarding age verification for purchasing cigarettes. On one occasion, I forgot my wallet but had a copy of my passport for ID. However, the cashier refused to accept it, stating that passports aren’t valid for age verification. I explained that I hadn’t planned to stop by but realized I needed cigarettes, yet the cashier started lecturing me with an attitude.
A few months ago, I had a similar issue. I was purchasing cigarettes with my valid ID, but because my friend (who wasn’t making a purchase) didn’t have his ID, they refused to sell it to me. I understand the need for age verification, but if I’m the one buying and have my ID, my friend’s ID shouldn’t matter. It’s frustrating to be treated this way, especially as an adult (I am about to be touch 30s dude) who has proper identification.

Gas is cheaper than most places around but something's always broken. Store won't take EBT, cashier said its broken. Wouldn't clarify if it's always down or just right now. Waste of time.

Went to buy 6 packs of nicotine pouches because for every 3 you buy you get a discount, African guy working behind the counter got upset when I asked him scan them differently instead of the barcode on the wrapper the packs come bundled in so I could get the discount, and he refused to sell me 6 of them and instead just sold me 3. Literally no reason to act like that when the solution is a simple few button presses on the register. Terrible customer service.

I’m have noticed that this gas station has had new ownership within the last two or three months and man has it changed! I remember there were two older gals who were super nice. Now there are two older looking brothers that are actually renovating the place. Interesting enough. They close the actual store but leave the gas pumps on for use. If you were to ask me how I feel about this new change. My answer is, tell me how you feel about it.

I would not recommend this place as multiple times I have been scammed when I go in by myself because they see I am a kid and think I won’t notice when they raise the price but when I go in with my dad they see a adult and don’t raise the prices for example one time I got chips there and they raised the price by 2-3 dollars
