Andrew was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He went above and beyond in every way including not only providing a list of top-notch contractors to do some much-needed work before going on the market but also attending meetings with them to help me navigate the conversations and timelines. He was in constant communication and always readily available to answer any and all questions. Because I had moved out of state before we went on the market, I wasn't available to be there to handle any of the many small details that come up (like last minute house repairs) but he was always there to help including checking in on the house and ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Finally, Andrew is the consummate professional always coming to conversations with a sound strategy and also taking the time to hear my opinions and address any questions or concerns I had. Look no further- this is the best realtor in town!

After looking at seemingly a hundred homes, when we found the house we wanted Andrew made sure we got it. Unfortunately the right home came on the market while Andrew was on vacation but that didn't stop him from making sure we were able to tour the home, get an inspection, and make an offer all within just a few days time. Andrew always answered our questions promptly and kept the lines of communication open. During our search he would remind us of our deal breakers and make sure that a home was right for our needs. It is apparent that he wants to help you not just buy a home...but buy the right home. When it's time to put an offer on a home I'm not sure there is a better realtor to work with.

Over the years and across the country, I’ve dealt with several real estate agents, some mediocre and some very good. The best by far has been Andrew Neighbors of Compass Realty. Condo sales are among the most difficult, but Andrew made the sale of our condo in Edmonds fast, smooth and positive. He was fastidious about making sure our unit was as attractive and saleable as possible. He arranged for a great company to do the staging. He made sure everything was spotless. He even did the paint touch-up himself. He also worked well with our HOA. Andrew is a great communicator and has a detailed understanding of the real estate sale process. He kept us informed every step of the way, and was always a available to answer our questions. Bottom line – thanks to Andrew, our condo sold in 4 days for well over the asking price. Closing was smooth with him watching over the process every step of the way.

I could not recommend a real estate agent more than Andrew Neighbors. He has an incredible knack for knowing our real estate market, and his work ethic is just as equally impressive. Andrew is an attentive listener and exceptional communicator. He guided us every step of the way through preparing our home for sale, marketing it, and closing. His advice, initiative, attention-to-details, and planning eased what otherwise could have been a very stressful process. When the time arrives, we will choose Andrew without hesitation to represent us once again.

There was no better suited person for getting our deal done. We had an incredibly complex, specific, and highly competitive situation. Andrew represented us as a buyer's agent in a Seattle market that is as tough as they come for buyers. Without Andrew leading the way, I know that I would not be writing this review from my new home. Not only did he accomplish super-human feats, he also is a genuine, fun, and caring person who will be great to work with throughout your real estate adventures.

My good friend, a retired real estate agent recommended me Andrew to sell my house.Five stars is not enough to give to Andrew for his fantastic and professional job. He sold my house within 4 days making excellent strategy and plan. Andrew is super professional, experienced, handy man, definitely knows what he is doing. In addition Andrew arranged everything to make the sale smooth, contacting me and all people involved in the sale. Excellent communication skills, knowledgeable, very friendly, doing what he saying, listening to you and helps to deal with everything. If I would sell my home again I would work with Andrew, and nobody else. I highly recommend Andrew if you want to sell or buy your property.

Andrew Neighbors is the best realtor bar none. I referred my brother to Andrew and he impressed us all. My brother’s budget was not that much and even though most real estate agents claim to specialize in an area, he worked tirelessly to find him a great house. Andrew went above a beyond to find the perfect house and with him living in Hawthorne Hills, Seattle he ended up traveling many times several hours away to find matches for my brother to view. After the search was over Andrew was able to negotiate a great deal for my Brother. He worked as hard on this sale as anyone would have for a multi million dollar house. With Andrew Neighbors you get a Real Estate agent that is true professional. I recommend him Highly and I will continue to do so. He is simply great at his career.

Andrew helped my wife and I buy our first home and was great to work with. He guided us through the entire process and was very knowledgeable with each step. He had a connection with every 3rd party that we needed to contact and so things like the inspection and scrutinizing the HOA bylaws were done within 1-3 days. (And each 3rd party was similarly great to work with.)His negotiation skills were impeccable and our first offer--which was in our favor--was accepted.It was a little over 6 weeks between when we toured our first property and when we got the keys.Throughout the entire process Andrew kept our best interest in mind and made sure that we got exactly what we were hoping for.I will recommend Andrew to all of my younger siblings and friends as they start making home purchases as well.
