Small group training sessions are always a great workout no matter what level of fitness you are at. Builds a sense of community in the gym. The mission here is fitness with community and it has kept me here for 8+ years.

Its a great gym when you need to get a fast workout in after late hour of work. I do find it quite hard to purchase a day guess pass online because, It will always try to make you sign up for a free trial… which isn’t bad but I would like to get a guess pass right away. Only way to purchase it is during employee hours.

It was always stressful to have to change my workout routine because they don’t have enough equipment. So I tried to cancel and they told me to freeze and if I changed my mind and decide to cancel instead I wouldn’t have to pay any fee, only the remaining days of the month. I went to cancelled last week and they try to charge me $124. And I refuse because one of the staff not only told me I wouldn’t have to pay any fee but I was also on a month to month membership. One of the staff was rude to me after I questioned the amount but they didn’t charged me to cancel anything.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this gym because you can find other gyms with better equipments and bigger facilities.

Julie was super nice and helpful but this whole place is SO EXPENSIVE which is such a disappointment since there aren't many gym options in the neighborhood. Many other Anytime Fitness clubs are much cheaper than this location. Not to mention other gyms are cheaper with larger facilities

I am there so early I never see any team members, but I will say that I appreciate the effort to make the gym a great place to workout. It does not go unnoticed. I have already recommended Anytime Fitness in West Seattle specifically.

Their newest fitness trainer Kerry michell called me fat. Shamed my body. Don’t recommend working with someone who is judgmental to any body type that isn’t hers. Healthy isn’t skinny. And if you’re thinking of working with Kerry- I hope you’re not even an ounce overweight. Because she will judge you. And she will not take care of you or your goals. They’ll probably delete this review like they do every review that makes them look bad. WHOOPS!

Experience was horrible. Trainer (that meanwhile isn’t working here anymore) George said misogynistic comments to me when I requested not to do chest 2 times a week. (I am so sick of you women who don’t want to train chest). Then they cancelled my subscription without talking to me cause they talked to my boyfriend. Overall, a very misogynistic gym, but they did waive the cancellation fees (for the cancellation I hadn’t requested).So, first of all it’s very expensive, 35$ per 2 weeks (they say it’s 30 but they forgot about the tax ?).Personal training is 705$ for 8 sessions (VERY expensive). And you have only 45 minute sessions. And when I was here it was either PT who do powerlifting and yell at you, PT who did ok job but talked only about crystals and zodiac stuff and overal very fake friendly (typical Seattle) or PT that does only full body.The machines are bad. Like just really bad. The ground was falling apart. The machines were old and the gym is small and expensive.Go to WSHC cause it’s way cheaper, both sub and PT, and you have 1 h of PT.I joined this gym after immigrating to the US and it was the worst experience, there is no community here, only fake fake fake people.

I've been to a few AFs and this one is kind of a disappointment. The variety of equipment is decent and the open mobility areas are good. Equipment is definitely showing its age, floor is warped and uneven in many spots, and the water dispenser has mold growing on it. I feel like its a bit rich to ask for a 5-star review with all these issues present.

This is a small but well organized space. It is easy to find what you're looking for. Due to the smaller space their isn't as many machines as you'd find in a large commercial space but there is everything you need. Just like all anytime fitnesses you can come and go as you please regardless of the hours as long as you're a member. The building is a bit older and could use some minor renovations but aside from that this is a nice facility that utilizes the space they have very well.

I LOVE Anytime Fitness! I moved to West Seattle last summer and wanted to join a gym as well as take training sessions, and I’m so glad I chose this gym. George, Thomas, and Rainbow have made the sessions so worth it. I’ve learned so much throughout the year with new workouts and how to keep form as well as lift more. I highly recommend having George as your trainer! He has helped me so much in my fitness routine that I now enjoy going to the gym, where as it used to be seen as a chore to me. I also love the fact the gym has an area for classes and workouts that don’t require machines since not all gyms have the separate area. I strongly recommend this gym as well as signing up for physical training. I appreciate everyone so much there for working with me and believing in me in my fitness goals.

I first signed up with the gym in August of 2022. Today marks my 30th straight week of going to the gym. Fair to say that this place is affordable and clean. The facilities include everything you need from cardio, to weight training, as well as a studio room for stretching and everything else. The community of regulars and coaches keeps me coming back, they're excellent leaders in the gym and are absolutely inspiring and motivational when it comes to whatever your fitness goals may be. So long as I live in the West Seattle area, I couldn't imagine going to a different gym.

Finally! My ideal gym!I love, love, love the key-fob check-in. I work nearby and start my days EARLY so being able to securely enter the gym with the fob at an unreasonable hour suits my needs perfectly.The staff is helpful and friendly, they've got some neat competitive programs you can participate in if that's what motivates you, and there is a good variety of equipment in great shape.Highly recommend trying out this Anytime Fitness!
