At the suggestion from a client of the Silverdale location, I sent my daughter to the Poulsbo spa for a pedicure in hope this will help her ingrown nails. She was quite pleased with the polish & service! We’ll see how they grow out & if they heal. We’ve gone here several times in the past & always enjoyed our experience. Setting an appointment online was so easy!

Sophia did my nails super fast, and was really great about making sure I liked everything. As someone who always gets French tip, I was happy to walk away with exactly what I wanted.

This is the local neighborhood nail salon.People walk in or drive from away to come for the quality & service that this location has to offer. The facility is clean. They used a sealed bag with clean tools to do my manicure. I'm here for my lady, but I wanted to see if they had the same expertise with men. And I am pleased to say they were perfect. The restrooms are very clean as well as the lounge area. They offer Keurig coffee while you wait. This is the place to go to tune-up yo' nails.Midas 5-stars for cleanliness & quality of service.

Always get great service and my pedicures last forever. I’ve gone to a few other spots and Apollo’s polishes and quality keeps me coming back. The trick is to remember the gal(s) who do a great job and request them if you so choose. I’ve rarely been disappointed!

It's not as good as it used to be. The place is crowded. I made an appointment for myself and my friend, and there was confusion at the start of our appointment about who was doing our nails. The techs aren't necessarily friendly. They don't try to interact with you and thus don't give clear directions. My friend had to get multiple fingers repainted. I felt my service was just ok for paying nearly $80 for a mani/pedi. My nails didn't look super smooth when leaving. A day later, a nail has already had a hangnail and they don't look like they'll last past a few days. My friend also said her mani has not lasted. Disappointed!!!

I have tried a few nail spots and I always end up back here. I love how clean the place is and how all the nail techs really know what they are doing. My most recent visit one of my nails had a crack in the gel and they fixed it immediately no fuss. I also love how they use manual files for removal and no e-files. The gel also lasts perfectly until your next visit and I have had their basic spa pedicure last a full month no chips.

This is a great spot! Very nice and modern. I noticed some wear on the massage chairs, but it didn't affect the back massage, so who cares. Overall, I would say it's a good clean spot, and they did a great job on my toes. Also, the sugar scrub and mud mask they use is great!

One of the best nail salons I have found! I make special trips just to get my nails done here! I will say IMO it’s one of the cleanest salons I’ve been to, because they don’t use machine equipment & they open “new” sanitized tools in front of you. (I hate to give them such a good review, because now you’re going to make an appt!!) I love the experience and the shellac manicures last 3+ weeks. I usually go back when the grow out is too much. I always get the shellac mani/pedi treatment together. I think they do a great job with the cuticle care. They do not use any machines, so acrylics are not offered. Everything is done by hand. Staff are all so great! When you book online, put in the comments that you would like the service to done simultaneously then you can remain in the pedicure seat sometimes. Photo is the shellac colors offered.Street parking only. And if you pay with cash you can get 5% off.Services: Nail cut & filing

So worth it. I felt so pampered. I will definitely be coming back. Parking isn't great, but worth it. The salon has no chemical odor.

Had a manicure and pedicure today and had the worst experience there yet. Nails are glued down to my skin, the shellac has bubbles in it and looks like it was left to pool at the sides as the surface is lumpy. The tech also cut into my cuticle and left me bleeding.

Rudest front desk staff you’ll find in the city of seattle the manager would be wise to fire them both. They treat regular customers like they’re rubbish when their technicians are responsible for damaged and unlasting manicure and pedicure.I spend $100+ with this salon 2-3x monthly ($200-300/mo.) and I will under no circumstances return with the childish behavior of their front desk staff. I hope you go out of business from the reviews I’ll continue to leave after this experience.Gossiping about customers, speaking horribly of your patrons when they’re regulars. It’s never something anyone should have to tolerate when paying for a service. If you’d like a manicure to look the way mine does after 2 days in the photo and a staff that behaves horrible with no ability to serve the customer…. You’ll come here. More negative reviews to follow this one with every visit until I get a call apologizing from the owners.Service: Gel manicures

I really like it here. Very clean, professional, relaxing spa environment. The staff is nice and helpful, and parking isn't too bad at the location. For the ambiance & amenities, I thought the price was very reasonable. My gel lasted almost a month!!Services: Gel manicures

I'm so impressed by Apollo Nails & Spa! I've been loyal (10+ years) to several salons so it's always scary trying a new place.Pros:- Super clean from the seating area to the chairs to the tools they use- Punctual! During my first appointment, my appt began at exactly the time I booked it for and it took exactly 45 minutes, as they quoted. This really stood out! I did have to wait a bit the second time, but was happy to do it.- The team is full of professionals who very much know what they're doing - Sophia was amazing and incredibly technically precise (see the pic!).- Very little small talk - I love this so I don't have to feel rude when I'm listening to a podcast.Cons:- Doing dip on my nails, I wanted to try shellac (since they didn't offer dip here). It was disheartening to have my nails soaking in acetone for over 30 minutes until absolutely everything came off my nails. This really damaged and weakened my nail beds, as they became very sensitive after so much soaking. Process for gel and dip take off is the same so I'm unsure why I wasn't wrapped with cotton/foil.- The first time I came in, I had a Gift Certificate to use. Not awesome to learn that you can't tip from that amount.- During my second visit, I learned you save 5% if you pay in cash! Having $13 left over from my first visit, I wanted to use that and then pay for the rest of our services in cash. Also couldn't do this. Essentially, anything outside the cash disqualified me from getting 5% off. I would suggest changing this for a better customer experience.
