NO POOL?! NO MICROWAVE?! In 2025?! This is America! I was catfished. Can't believe they still advertise they have a pool after the operator said they havent had one for years...I spent $300 for a king room, they run shuttles to the airport every 15 minutes dropping and picking up at 1B or 3B. They are less than 2 miles from the airport and rental drop off. They have Valet, a bar, a restaurant, they have on site parking, and you're telling me they paved over their pool and broke the budget doing it so now they can't have microwaves? Am I on PUNK'd?

GO TO HILTON. These people are thieves. Worst service of my life. I can’t believe they’re a Marriott. check your bank statements if you have had the misfortune of staying here. They allowed me to pre pay a room and considered it a no show and rebooked and recharged me. They did NOTHING to make it right. They told me it’s my fault for booking the room incorrectly. Never had this issue. RUN

This review isn't for the single front desk member it's for the poor management. Me and my family booked a double bed for the weekend and they were sold out leaving us in a tiny king room. The gentleman at the front did everything he could but to watch about half a dozen check in's go by infront of us and him getting yelled at like he did is a big shame on the managers at this location. They make a mistake and they use him to do the grunt work instead of being there and taking accountability and face the consequences for their error. I reported it to Marriott and truly hope that gentleman finds some sort of peace because he does not deserve that. More likely than not his managers won't even thank him or do anything for him for him having to deal with that.

Water was off for over 8 hours, no manager on duty and never got a call from manger as I was told I would .

The rooms were decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, we were told there was complimentary breakfast, only to be told the next morning that we didn’t “qualify” for it. The concierge was no help, and we had to delay our plans by an hour just to find a place to eat before heading out to hike. Our keycard also kept randomly deactivating, and no one ever answered the intercom when we needed assistance. Most of the staff came off as rude, with the exception of Sam at the door, he was a real sweetheart. Honestly, the nearby motels felt more like luxury stays by comparison, with complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, and decent rooms. If you’re on a tight schedule or trying to make the most of your trip, I wouldn’t recommend the Marriott, poor communication and technical issues could definitely throw off your plans.

Average Marriott rooms, step-in shower which was real nice. First hotel I've been to that didn't offer coffee in the morning. Starbucks only.

It’s a Marriott, which is nice. But they need to update their Google photos, there no pool!!!! That’s why we wanted to stay here after dealing with stressful flight cancellations.

Beautiful hotel designed in a perfectly typical northwest style. Good restaurant and friendly, helpful staff. The executive lounge was pretty disappointing though. Not up to the standard of many/most Marriott lounges.

Have picture of pool online and reviews about atrium, but when I booked small note said pool is closed. Hotel said pool has been closed for 5 years.

Would have been better if the elevators worked. It was faster to take the stairs. The room smelled strongly of fumes (paint? The new flooring?), and was disappointed we couldn’t crack the window to at least let fresh air in.
Husband is platinum and was charged for wifi, and the lounge didn’t seem to be open during regular hours (no cocktail hour on the weekends?!)

I don’t usually leave reviews, the hotel location and quality was pretty good, room itself was comfortable and clean, but i really have to give my shoutout to josh at the front desk! I was in town for a short trip and truth be told, he was definitely one of the highlights. Super friendly, chill, attentive, professional and another huge fan of love island! From check in to the little things , Josh never made anything feel like a hassle and kept a good vibe the whole time!

Absolutely incredible stay! This will be our go to from here on out every time we’re in Seattle, modern, clean, comfortable! Also wanted to shout out a thank you to Selma at check-in… She was absolutely delightful and super helpful.
