This gas station has ripped the neighborhood off for years. Always the most expensive place to get gas. Protip, go to Sinclair in beacon hill for significantly less on a consistent basis.

The only store I know that does not accept EBT for the AMPM cookies, the cashiers are always rude, card usage is charged a fee, and they also double dip with the card fee for fuel. Also, they randomly lock their doors after midnight, allowing only their friends to enter. Their fountain, however, is usually well-managed and unlike another local station stocks the cups.

Eh.. I live nearby, so 3 stars are for being 24 hours. Nothing else is even remotely walkable at night (I take a lime bike/scooter and it’s abt 5 mins each way)… and they have cigarettes which is all I rly want that late anyways. However- they ALWAYS take super long checking my ID. I get that I look young, but it’s my freakin passport!!! I go there like at LEAST once a week, usually more, and I have been for years!!! I recognize the clerks, so I think it’s possible they just don’t know how to find the number to type into the register from a passport,, which I get. I doubt they see a lot of people using passports as ID, given it is a gas station. But still. Secondly, and this is the bigger issue for me, they aren’t always actually open 24 hours!!! They don’t put a sign up or a warning online, and sometimes it’s just the clerk is in the back so I have to make noise to get his attention. Sometimes he’s on break, so if I wait ten minutes, he’ll be back. Problem is I never know which one it is!!!!! So whenever I go at night and don’t see anyone inside, I’m stuck either waiting outside for someone to MAYBE come out, or betting on them actually being closed and going home. It’s so frustrating. If it weren’t for this, I’d have given 4 stars, bc I don’t really care about the rest. I just don’t want to be standing on that corner at night indefinitely because there is no indication of wether or not they’re open. :/
