One star for the clothing. I really wish I could give 0 star. What's wrong with those girls who work there. Don't think you are better than everyone because you work there. Stop treating customers like they are beneath you. Never going back there.

I usually have a good experience at this location, but today’s (5/6 at 6pm) experience was extremely off putting. Almost every single individual I interacted with were not friendly and made me feel extremely unwelcomed. However, when seeing them interact with others, it was definitely different treatment.I was in the fitting room and asked an individual if they could grab the shirt I was wearing in a different size and they said they would. Then they proceeded to just go do something else while I waited outside of the fitting room. Never got the shirt in a different size and as I was leaving the store they made eye contact with me.No one deserves to experience this treatment and while it’s not the biggest problem in the world, to make others feel less than is absolutely horrible. I am throughly disappointed with my experience here today and even if these individuals had a bad day (which I can sympathize with), it is not an excuse to treat others with such disrespect. Please please just be kinder. That’s all.

Kat went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had all my questions answered. Kat was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome in a store that I don’t normally shop at. Kat offered to put my item on hold so that I would have a couple days to think about my purchase. I was so impressed by her service that shortly after this, I came back and purchased “The Super Puff Men’s”. Thank you Kat!

My husband and I came in to look for some winter outerwear. One of the sales associates, Kaley (that might be the wrong spelling), approached me and asked me what I was looking for. After telling her what i was after, she pointed me towards the right area and gave me some recommendations. After I was done with my selections, she helped me in checking out. I wish all sales associates are like her! She was super friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.

I do like some of their stuff. Stylish or soft. But shopping there today annoying as purchasing item that was not marked in sale but when you get to cashier they say final say no returns etc. and the discount was minor like 20%. I’d rather just not shop on sale in those circumstances. I’m unimpressed.

First time ever going to this Aritzia as I just moved to Seattle and omg I am never ever coming back here again. I have never felt so harassed from retail staff/workers in my entire life. The girls that work here are so extremely mean. The 15 minutes I was in store, a girl repeatedly coming up to me harassing me, being extremely mean and rude for no reason when I’m just trying to shop with my daughter in peace. The way they treat ppl here is just so unacceptable and disappointing, as this was my first experience here.

Not sure what the deal is with the girls there working on 12/15 in the afternoon. I was making an exchange for something I bought online and every girl I interacted with from the front desk to those working the dressing room seemed blatantly annoyed and rude when I asked for help. Overall just not friendly in the slightest which made me want to get out asap.

We came to this store during the holidays. A lot of items were on sale from 20%-60% in this big store with huge selections. It was full of people which showed how popular this brand was though this brand was not cheap but their clothing indeed was designed well with good materials. Still could get a fitting room easily, and the staff was also helpful in answering our questions. Long line to check out but it moved quickly. Too bad anything on sale is not returnable per their policy. But I am sure I will enjoy my cute hoodie that was 20% off!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Every time I have come to the store over the years, I have never had a good experience. The staff are always very pretentious, never helpful, and if I approach a store associate for a question they aren't nice and don't help out. And if you come here with a return don't even bother. They will make it extremely difficult for you even if you have receipt, tags, and even the actual shipment box. They try to find excuses for why you can't get a refund! I would never shop here. But good news, the Bellevue Aritzia is a totally different experience and their employees are much much nicer and friendlier and helped me find outfits that I was looking for! Never coming back to this Seattle Aritzia ever again.

I have a really lovely experience every time I go in. All of the staff members are very helpful and friendly. It’s often bustling inside because of the location but even during times of heavy traffic, I still feel the staff is doing their best to serve as many people as possible.

WOW. First time shopping at an Aritzia boutique and I will definitely be returning. It was a very welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and all the ladies are so helpful. Thank you Catt and Ally! Keep doing your thing girlies.

The staff is utterly sweet. I called them and helped me find a ship this item that was only available in the U-Village store. Honestly I did not think they would do it but here I am amazed by their patience and willingness to help!

Terrible attitude by staff working on 9/21/23 at 12:15pm. When I asked questions, the woman helping me acted as if I should already know the answers. Staff needs customer service training. Don’t work in customer service if you treat people as if you’re annoyed by them buying your “expensive” and “luxury” product.

Extremely rude. The girl working the register on 9/24 around 3:30ish wearing the shayla/hijab was annoyed before I even got there. When she helped me she looked at the clothes with disgusted. Super passive aggressive attitude. She really doesn’t have to work there, there’s so many other jobs that don’t have anything to do with customer service.
