Persistent SMOKING ISSUES…
We were previous residents of Arrivé from 2023 to 2024 and had such a positive experience the first time around that we returned and signed a new lease in March 2025. Unfortunately, our experience this time has been very disappointing.
Since moving back in, we’ve consistently smelled marijuana and cigarettes in our bathroom. Initially, we assumed the issue was due to poor cleaning and deep-cleaned the space multiple times, but the smell persists. Despite raising multiple complaints with management, the problem remains unresolved. They’ve even come by and have smelled it for themselves multiple times. We’ve only received vague assurances that it’s being “looked into” or that “something” will be done.
This has been especially frustrating and concerning because we have a 10-month-old baby. The smell makes bath time difficult and raises health concerns for our family. Management even acknowledged that others have filed similar complaints in the past, which suggests this is an ongoing issue that has not been properly addressed.
It’s incredibly disappointing to feel so let down after initially having such a great experience here. We regret signing an 18-month lease and are now just counting down the days until it ends.

My wife and I have lived at Arrive for 5 years and look forward to extending our stay! We were impressed from the start by the level of professionalism exhibited by staff, front desk, leasing, event the maintenance team has been first rate. When we first moved in back in 2020, the team here has done a 'beyond amazing' job of dealing with and balancing the pandemic restrictions and related issues, and at no time did we feel unsafe or on the flip side that they had gone overboard with the precautions.
The management here also does something fun and special for residents on a regular basis... cocktails or cookies in the lobby and always something extra for the pets. The facility still looks, smells and feels new and the views and amenities on the rooftop are incredible.
5 stars hardly does justice!

A Truly Exceptional Living Experience in Seattle
Moving into this apartment has been one of the best experiences I’ve had so far. From the very beginning of my application process to the day I moved in, Chloe Rivera was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive, making sure every question I had was answered thoroughly. On move-in day, she gave me a comprehensive tour of my apartment, followed by a walk-through of the building’s amenities. Her professionalism and warmth made the entire process seamless and welcoming.
Leasing team is very welcoming and friendly.
The building itself feels very secure, with controlled access required at multiple points, including the main entrance and elevators, providing an added sense of safety and peace of mind.
My apartment was spotless upon move-in, not a single flaw or speck of dust in sight. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. The unit is spacious, especially for the price point, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Natural light pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and uplifting throughout the day.
The fitness center is another highlight. It’s large, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great workout.
Every corridor in the building is clean and has a fresh, pleasant scent, contributing to the overall upscale and comfortable atmosphere. The package locker system is also top-notch, secure and spacious, virtually eliminating any concerns about package theft.
And then there’s the rooftop, arguably the crown jewel of the building. The views are absolutely stunning and offer a panoramic experience of the city. There’s plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to relax or host gatherings with friends and family. The rooftop includes kitchen appliances, countertops, and grills, making it perfect for casual get-togethers or more festive occasions.
I had no maintenance issues so far so cannot comment on it. But I expect it to be top notch.
There is a bistro inside building as soon you enter reception which is good.
All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. It’s a rare blend of comfort, convenience, and charm, highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Seattle.
This place deserves a 5 star rating.

Like a lot of the other reviews have stated, this has been the best apartment building I have lived in. All of the staff are very friendly and they have very good security. The building is right in between SLU and downtown. The gym is one of the better gyms I have used in an apartment and the other amenities are very spacious and well maintained. So many great perks about living here like being located next to so many good restaurants including current bistro. My family and friends all loved this apartment building as well.

I recently made an internal transfer to a larger unit, and Max managed the move into my prior unit at Arrive as well as my new unit. He always ensures a very seamless and smooth process. He's also always very accessible and available to help or answer any questions. Thanks Max for providing another positive move-in experience!!!

The building is wonderful! The staff that works here are friendly and responsive. The residents are also great. I have lived in Seattle for 9 years and this is the best experience I have had so far from large apartment complexes!

Great leasing staff -- they are super professional and communicative! Overall building amenities/hallways/trash rooms were always clean. Sound proof within units was phenomenal (I was in an upper '08 unit and never heard my neighbors). Front desk, security, and package delivery were all top tier. After reading some previous reviews I was nervous about my security deposit/any dings for cleaning so took the measures to clean just in case. I received my full deposit back within the 21 day time frame.Cons:-Non refundable cleaning fee is charged upon move in but you are also expected to leave the unit in good condition which is unclear-garage parking can take a while to get to since the first two floors are blocked for the hotel (my spot was in P6 and took about 2min to get to)-loud whistling heard throughout unit when it's windy out-fridge filters are replaced only upon move in and then are the tenant's responsibility
