Arundel Books is a great bookstore in Seattle's Pioneer Square, located in a beautiful and historic landmark building with incredible original architecture from the 1900s. It features a wide, thoughtful, and curated selection of thousands of new, used, and rare books, including fiction, fantasy, memoirs, scientific, and history books. The staff is engaging and exceptionally helpful, offering many recommendations. The owner still runs the shop with the same care as when it started in 1984. With reasonable prices and exceptional service, it is a highly recommended stop for any book lover or collector searching for uncommon finds. Their entire inventory is also available online.
Great bookstore, I wished I had more time to browse the whole shelves. Excellent collections, categories, genres,etc. On our short visit to downtown Seattle, this stop was very satisfying, I did purchase a couple of books.

Great bookstore with a thoughtful selection and an engaging owner who will happily make recommendations. The building is also gorgeous. Definitely go in and support this store!

Highly recommended! Be sure to visit this awesome little bookstore on 1st Ave. The inside is incredible with the original building architecture from the 1900s.
