Randi Hudson went above and beyond in providing thoughtful and inciteful recommendations for a new homeowners insurance policy. I was victimized by another agency in another city and Randi's calm and helpful efforts brought me to a successful resolution to may problem and a new affordable policy.M. Maddox

We have been with Redmond general insurance for many years now I'm not sure what happened But they have now lost our business. We are a small construction business, no claims 20 years there's and Redmond general insurance and Liberty Mutual increased our policy to $2600 a month.. I tried asking them why, I tried to get a different quotes from my insurance gal, I tried many things with no response. Our insurance gal did not file our yearly audits which costs me even more. I actually had to call the auditing company and have him credit our account because she did not do her job. Her incompetence and lack of experience nearly cost our company business. I was told there was nothing she could do because in Washington they classified all construction companies in the same category which is now at a higher rate. In some companies it may be that way we are a 3 employee, very efficient small company with excellent ratings all the way around. For us it was a complete lie ! Our new insurance company, we pay 895 a month same coverage and they are fantastic ,they communicate well, on the ball and I love it. I usually don't post things but this was so unfair and unjust and in fact quietly our new insurance company indicated they were grossly out of line and almost criminal.. I'm sure I'm not the only one having to deal with insurance issues so I guess my advice would be to shop around, be proactive and don't be afraid to move companies. I wish I wouldn't have trusted them in the beginning it would have saved me about $25,000. On my defense I assumed they knew what they were talking about. How wrong I was.!

All I ask for is a return phone call or a one sentence response to an email. As a business person, I know how simple that is to accomplish.

Recently, I was forced to make a change in my home and auto insurance. I didn't mind doing some comparison shopping on my own, but I quickly realized that I was over my head - the various insurance companies drowned me in so much jargon that I didn't trust my ability to tell a good policy value from a bad one. Finally it hit me - why not try a local, independent agency to do the research for me? I'M SO GLAD I DID! Nick at RGIA promptly came up with some alternatives for me, explained the choices in clear and understandable terms - and I ended up with substantially better coverage than I had before, without paying more. Boom! Problem solved! Thanks, Nick!

Insurance generally confuses me, but Nick, my RGIA agent, has made insurance -- formerly a complicated, befuddling pain in the butt -- a breeze. He'll explain all the jargon, advise you on policies based on what he thinks you need (he doesn't try to sell you stuff that's overpriced or that you won't use!) and will always answer all your questions thoughtfully.I have homeowners and car insurance through RGIA and they recently saved me more than $500 on car insurance, which, in my estimation, makes this place much better than Geico. The customer service is good, you'll always talk to a real person, they won't transfer you around a gazillion times, and best of all, you do generally feel as if they're always looking out for YOU. Not their bottom line.
