I have had 4 covid tests spanning 2021 to 2023 at the Renton drive up facility. It has never taken more than 24 hours to receive the results. This is a fantastic service to the community.

Horrible customer service and dont deliver as per deadline. My husband lost a flight due to their inability to deliver on time, costing about 500usd to cover extra night hotel and another test.

I paid $99.00 for a paid covid test for my mom's international travel. I called them back 2 days later to check on the status and was told "since Everett is far from Bellevue it may take day longer". For context my dad got his test at Bellevue a month ago and I received the result in a day. I hoped the same again. How far is a 40 minute drive?At this point I knew they are unreliable and got another test done from a different provider.I call back again after another 2 days and was told the shipment with the covid sample is lost. So I wait more than 4 days days without knowing the status of the test. Were they hoping I wont call back I wonder! They offered another test this time. Why would I get another test after 4 days? I asked for my refund and they obliged.A unreliable expensive service.

Don’t over charge for covid tests and over promise timely results. I’m very disappointed in their time results for very expensive “expedited” testing. Don’t use them!

I paid for the Covid test because my doctor only accepts it through this lab and they were supposed to send me the results within 48 hours. I called them on Friday 48 hours later and they said they were going to send it but they didn’t. I was supposed to have this results before Sunday which is when I needed it so now I don’t know if they will be able to do the procedure without this test. Then why did I pay out of pocket through this lab since they were supposed to have the results within 24 hours

I got a COVID-19 same day PCR test for travel clearance to Hawaii. The testing process was smooth and the results were in not too long after midnight. However, the process to pull up the results on the website seemed simple enough, but was malfunctioning to the point that I needed to quarantine until I could provide proof of my negative test results. This ended up costing me around $250 of transportation and lodging fees. For the price tag that the test had, I would think that they could provide the results in a more reliable and straightforward way.
