I was trying to trade in my old iPhone for the latest one. Tyler greeted me and helped me all the time. He was informative, professional and kind. He makes me feel like I am a value customer. Also, there is some discount if you are an account holder and you are a student.

I had an amazing experience here. Ernest was patient and answered all the questions I had. Not once did the questions bother him and he walked me through all my different options. If you go here I definitely recommend him. No matter where you go there will be a wait for phone services but time flew when I went here.

Brandon and Misty (manager) will try to sneak in fees when doing any kind of changes to your line. Especially Brandon- he will talk to you for hours to wear you down and randomly adds a couple of upgrades without telling you. If you have been in the store for an hour, know there is a scam waiting to happen. Just go to a different store. Misty pretends like it's normal, then she kind of offers to help out but she is in on it too. Not sure what kind of commission system is going on but not worth it losing credibility with customers.

Store was nice. Workers were quick and helpful. However I cannot say the customer service was good. I explicitly asked for the cheapest plan with data, bringing my own phone, with no contract. Madhvi assured me the best she could get me was a $70 plan. This was fine by me. But when I setup my AT&T account the a couple of days later, I noticed there was a $10 a month mobile protection plan added to my account that I didn’t ask for. The way she presented it to me was “your plan includes a mobile protection plan” not mentioning that it was an add-on that I would have to pay for. Should I have asked her if it was free? Maybe. However this kind of shady business trying to sneakily add on fees is not how to build a good relationship with your customer. I immediately cancelled my phone plan with AT&T and will not go back.

There was a little bit of a wait, but I was acknowledged and taken care of within a few minutes. Overall, really great customer service at this location. Shout out to Ernest for taking such great care and getting me the new phone and accessories I desired, and being super friendly. I'll be back for future service!

I came into AT&T for two reasons and had the best customer service and was impressed by Misty’s service. You were so helpful in explaining my phone issues to me. I wanted to find out about Wi-Fi for my tablet and came away so excited knowing I can bundle my phone and tablet for what I pay for my phone now. I appreciate the suggestions and all the support that was given me.

I had an awful experience at this store. When I encountered an issue, the staff told me to call customer care and resolve it by myself, even though I was already in the store. Absolutely terrible service!
