I've you want to just be looked at and not helped this is the place for you. Writing this as I'm sitting here going on 45 minute, no one has said hi be with you in a moment, asked why I've come in today. nothing. 6 employees in the store, 3 customers plus me... ridiculous. get it together.

Instead of this store take responsibility that one of its workers, possibly a supervisor or manager treated me unprofessionally because I was black they chose to remove the review.

AT&T technology sucks!!!!Staff at store are nice. But, please never choose AT&T because its technologies sucks. It takes me forever to solve my simple problem. I am trying to call to log into my account. The AI chat function while calling never understand what I am saying. It should direct customer to talk with a real person when it is not understanding what the customer says. But I called about 5 times to finally able to talk with a real person. The last time I was only saying “I want to talk with a customer agent”. Their other technologies (website&apps) suck too. There are constantly having error messages.I need to take deep breath while I was calling. This anger is bad for health.

I had a very good experience switching from Cricket to ATT. Prior to coming in store (which I recommend if you are coming from a different service) I had spent some time on the phone. Ultimately I did go to two physical stores and was directed here. I ultimately decided it was much easier to get a new number rather than porting my number from Cricket.I also came in at a really good time to take advantage of promotional financing. I wanted my first IPhone and ultimately settled on an iphone14 as opposed to the 15 which had just came out as of this writing. I got a very nice discount. And being a nurse, I was also able to take advantage of a special program which is not offered at Cricket or any other carrier as far as I know.I came out with a beautiful phone and tablet on the way. Vinny was incredibly helpful and the process felt relatively fast and good compared to Cricket. It also helps that installment plans are offered as well. But on top of the installment plan and promotional financing I should be able to pay this phone off relatively easy. I’m very happy I decided not to go with the much more expensive iPhone 15.Location is a bit tricky to find. But this is the ATT location to go to. Well stocked and organized.

At&t customer call service is terrible they have programmed a set of questions that they believe customers would have a challenge but there’s no way they can actually support if your use case isn’t in their list worst part is the Ai instead of transferring to an agent it will hang up on you

Great customer service from Madhvi! She was quick, friendly and efficient. She made my entire process a breeze! I would also like to add that this store has the most friendliest, helpful and most attentive AT&T associates I've ever dealt with!It's definitely worth the 35-45 min drive!

Thank you DJ for the great service. I'm here for vacation, my mom lost her phone and came to the closet att to purchase a new phone. Once we came in DJ was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us set her phone up and answered any questions we had. If DJ is around, go see him. Thank you AT&T.

We were in town for a cruise, and our daughter in law phone crashed while we were out to sea. When we arrived back in town, we went here to see if they could help her. The nice young man tried everything he could think of and offered her several different options but he was never pushy about selling her a new phone, which in the end is the route she had to take but he was so hopefully and very knowledgeable about everything and even suggested a great place for us to go eat.

THE WORST ATT EXPERIENCE EVER. The manager is rude , lazy and disrespectful. He did a horrible job handling my situation (stolen phone)He called me a liar, told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when I called customer service, and indeed provided the correct information to him the following day he told me that I just made that up read fused to help me. I am never been more mad in my life. I was stranded on the side of the road with no access to anything or anyone at three in the morning, and I was told by him that was not his problem. .
