This is a five star review for Cory, although I don’t know if this is the correct spelling. From the moment I walked in the door he made a great connection, was with me the whole way through using a warranty, replace my lost phone, and also had excellent technical support skills. He remembered and greeted me when I came in the next day, and I was very disappointed to find out he wasn’t there the third day. Thanks again, my phone is finally set up after I was referred back to Apple today…

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. First they tried to tell me my lifetime warranty does not work when buying a new phone, but it has been honored in the past and after talking with customer service was honored again, they were very rude in telling me “it doesn’t work that way”. The gentleman in the backwards hat was very combative and was loud and wrong because I was able to get in honored and get my money back for what I was forced to pay in store. Very sneaky and not very forward with how much I had to pay either to get a new device.

Something is definitely off at that store, a questionable contract for a new account, they will not print out any new account information, watch out if you are a senior, they might try to confuse you in getting you to pay more than you were told, you can hardly find a manager when you have a complaint. I had a terrible experience there. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Purchased a new phone/line from this store, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff provided no real assistance and even configured a few settings that don’t make sense to me. When applying the camera protection, the associate simply wiped the surface with a wet paper without drying it properly, which is not the right way to do it.
It was clear that the employees were not interested in helping customers—they seemed disengaged and uninterested in their jobs. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unhelpful. I plan to visit again to see if they can resolve my concerns, but based on today’s experience, I cannot recommend this store or its staff.

Cory and Hunter and others worked as a team to smoothly move between all of us who were waiting, creating a really friendly, calm and patient and stress-free environment, really different than most of my experiences in cell phone stores. Great staff.

I was in the store for a phone number port from T-Mobile. The staff who worked with us set up our profiles in the most random way adding all wrong names, addresses and even the plan we chose. To top that off, my port isn’t even complete I am still getting signals on my T-Mobile e sim too!
I have been going back and forth with their customer service and it’s has been such a hassle to even validate my self as all wrong info has been added into the account.
The staff needs better training as they just made the whole experience so complex for us that we are still struggling to fix this with the customer service execs.

I had a “no SIM” issue on my iPhone and when I arrived there was no wait to be assisted. The associate who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed a complex technical issue in just a couple minutes.
Highly satisfied and would highly recommend.

I went against my best judgment and upgraded two lines in-store. Representative added ATT Next Up and Protect Advantage insurance to both of the lines, for a total of $46 per month in undisclosed new charges. Now I’ll have to go through the hassle of calling and getting a credit.
Be careful, friends. These guys are your enemy. Watch your bill, retaliate when necessary, and remember you can always file a complaint with the FCC when you are wronged.

I love this store ! This is going to be my go-to for AT&T services . Paolo was extremely helpful and surprisingly very pleasant to speak with . My issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes . I’ve been to other AT&T locations , and so far my experience has been alright . But so far , this store at University Village has 1 of the best customer service , I’ve ever had . Thank you for all that you do and more power!!

Lisa Woo was incredible helpful and made my visit very easy. She completed all my requests and was happy to help me through getting a new phone number.
