What a nightmare! One of the sales reps set up our business account using a temporary phone number. Ever since, Apple thinks that's our number, and we are locked out of iCloud. The store is unhelpful, simply saying the sales rep no longer works there. :-(

Kyle was great! He had two people ahead of me, one was having issues with her account, and the other was upgrading their phone. He was really great with the customers, and when one of them had to be on hold, he went over to the other one to start on them to maximize efficiency. He knew all of the answers to questions and explained everything well. He took care of both of them well so I didn't mind waiting at all. He handled my issue super fast and I was on my way.

Came Sunday at 1:50 afternoon and doors were lo ked. I called and was told they're at lunch. Waited for 30 minutes and called again on ly to bw told they're gone for the day even though their hours are clearly posted and the 'OPEN' sign is clearly out front. Bad.

RUN to TMOBILE!!! RUNI have dropped my cellphone for a trade-in at At&t instead of T-Mobile due to ADHD problem I have. After contacting At&t, they are not even willing to give me the $150 trade-in value for the phone because I don't have an active account.They were okay with receiving my cellphone even if I did not have an active account and have successfully processed it, but cannot give me the value because I don't have an active account.This is stealing and YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST A COMPANY THIS UNETHICAL.Result: they reached out to me instructing me to email them and they have not done anything ever since. Do not trust them

Whatever you do, do NOT go to this AT&T store. I've thought long and hard about leaving this review, but our experience was, quite literally, the worst experience we have ever had at a cell phone store. The person who "helped us" did not bother informing us of the different memory size options of the phone my wife wanted.Only after he had activated the phone did we find out that the amount of memory was not going to work (not enough) .... so they proceeded to charge us a re-stock fee of the phone we had just purchased in order to swap it out for a phone that would work.Oh, but that's not the worst part. Not by a long shot. This person also convinced us to switch our account from a personal to a business account. Seemed like a good idea, and it would've been ..... if he hadn't COMPLETELY butchered the process of transferring our phones and service.As a result, we had to spend HOURS on the phone with AT&T, who, to their bewilderment, could not even locate the phones we had on our account because he had messed up so badly.On top of all of this, we were told multiple times that the store couldn't return the phone that we hadn't actually left with (due to needing to upgrade to one with more memory) and that they would have a return label sent to us to return the phone. Of course, they never actually followed through on this, and I had to spend another few hours of my time trying to get AT&T to send me a return label.This was a total comedy of errors and ineptitude of the highest degree. I cannot imagine a worse experience trying to simply upgrade a cell phone (they had us at the store for almost 3 HOURS just to do the upgrade .... which they botched horribly).As a business owner, I don't like to write negative reviews .... however this was such a painful experience (I have wasted at least 10 hours of my time trying to fix this mess) that I feel the need to warn anyone considering coming to this store.DO NOT DO IT. Trust me. Go to literally ANY other AT&T store. You'll thank me.

recently switched over from T-mobile and was probably the BEST decision i’ve ever made financially. The customer service was beyond my expectations! I came in with the intention of just switching 2 lines and left with 2 new upgraded phones i traded in with a promotion + home tech protection (which was an absolute steal! $25 a month for all my electronics covered in my household?!)So glad i made the switch !

This location has some of the best employees I’ve ever dealt with. I went in last month and was hesitant with all the changes being made to my account (New line, 2 new phones, and ended up with watches) but the manager and his representative walked me through exactly every charge that would be made, and when i received my bill everything was accurate. They even signed me up for AARP to waive my activation fees. Great customer care, and integrity at this location.

The management and reps at this location are super friendly and efficient! They always have such a warm and immediate welcome no matter how busy or slow they are! They are very good with explaining and making sure you understand every aspect of what’s going on and what changes are being made. They do anything in their power to help us out any time we run into a problem. Thank you!

Mannnn the experience here was great. First and foremost the store manager was the one who helped me. I went in and was getting an account with the program first net but the process was very difficult with porting from T-Mobile. This manager could have just been like forget this and brushed it to another employee. But no he helped with everything. Customers would come in and he would politely ask if it was ok to maybe assist them if it was something quick. Not only that he trains very well as he works. Even though the problem couldn’t be resolved. I ended up just getting everything new and helped me get a phone. But can I tell you he knows how to hook a customer when it comes with accessories. I was all the way protected and charged up. Thank you D sorry don’t remember how to spell your name. I will for sure be coming back to get your help ?

Adrian A. helped me with the set up of a new iPhone 14 Max Pro . Not a simple task for a woman of a certain age. Over a period of a couple of hours he demonstrated a high level of efficiency , technical proficiency, attentiveness and he was always kind and helpful. I have been a customer of AT&T for 40+ years and I have never had this experience in any other store owned and operated by AT&T. My guess is that he is the manager, if not he should be!This man should receive a raise and recognition for his customer service and support.Thank you Adrian A. for all your help.Kristen SierraBallard

I walked into the building and was immediately greated with the most friendly smiles and unfathomable professionalism. Scarlett helped me pick out the BEST phones for me and my 2 kids. In this economy phones are so hard to pay for but she hooked me up with the best and most affordable plan for this single father! I will always come to this At&t for all of my phone troubles. They are God's amongst men and I praise the wonderful customer service this store provides!! ????

I had the best experience possible with the sales woman here! I believe her name was Star or Scarlet? Either way it not only saved me money. But i’m getting a new phone and I got a great deal for my daughter. While I understand, I’m just a customer and this is just a store they went above and beyond what my expectations were, and can personally say I will keep this carrier for a while.

I had such a pleasant experience shopping here recently. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about my needs in regards to setting up a new phone plan. Scarlett was such a pleasure, explaining all of my options thoroughly. Without her, I would've been lost in my new phone buying process.
