Scammers! Sales associate Kyle lied to me get a sale off me. Now At&t is refusing to do what was originally promised. Added an extra line for the promotion, turned in a phone and now im being told I cannot cancel the extra line and have the installment plan (based off the phone turned in) applied to my primary number. I have been paying into a phone line that they told me I could cancel then months later find out not possible. Everyone making it sound like common knowledge but I asked MULTIPLE times before I agreed if this was possible to do and he ASSURED there would be no problem. Im livid and currently being scamed out my money!!

added recurring charges to my account without asking me or even bringing it up, i didnt want protection support on my phone and the dude added it without saying a word about it

If less than one star was an option, I’d give AT&T leas a star. I had to switch carriers from Consumer Cellular to AT&T. My daughter wanted to use her Apple Watch and Consumer Cellular didn’t have the service for the watch to operate under a separate phone number than my own. The process of switching carriers. Horrible, time consuming, & expensive. NOT only was AT&T not able to transfer over using my same phone number from Consumer Celular, I had to get a new number with AT&T. I tried 3 different times for AT&T to transfer over my number. Each time was time consuming, by the 3rd time, the one employee at the West Seattle Store location was like, you’ll have to get a new number. I did that. My understanding with Consumer Cellular was my account was closed. Come to find out, once I get a phone bill from Consumer Cellular, that AT&T failed to mention to me that they couldn’t get my number to transfer and had to give me a new number, it was my responsibility to call Consumer Cellular back after 3 times telling them I am cancelling to CANCEL again because I have a new number. Which Conaumer Cellular told me was AT&T’s job since they had to give me a new number. SO disappointing. No refund was given. I just paid for a number that I was under the impression was cancelled and each company told me was and I had to pay. AT&T I am so disappointed in you. Transferring over to you was a horrible experience and one that if it wasn’t for my daughter’s Apple Watch I wouldn’t do business with you.

Aos completely scammed us. I was being added to my family’s plan and was told I’d get trade in value for my phone, and then he kept adding on every add on possible although we said we want none of them. We kept having to return because he kept claiming the charges would drop and to ignore them. We called support and it turns out he was intentionally adding them and also made our account premium all for commission. He lied to us to the extent that the customer service reported him.
