My iPhone was stolen during a recent trip to Mongolia. AT&T needs to verify my account, even though I have been a customer for at least 15 years! However, a major problem with your overall company is that verification is done by sending a text to my phone - which is in Mongolia!!!! Thus, I am caught in a terrible Catch-22 : I can't get a number put on my new iPhone, because I don't have the old phone on which to verify my account!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR? Also, because I have been a customer so long, I cannot remember my initial passcode..... good grief! I think I will move my account to T-Mobile. AT&T does not have good customer service..... I can't be the only person to have a phone stolen and to not be able to remember my initial passcode. Really frustrating. I will have to tell as many people as possible about AT&T .

Our heartfelt thank you to Andre, Sheikh and Vivek at the Northgate,Seattle, Wa AT&T! Each of them helped problem-solve a very difficult error, and in the end, we invested in a Wi-Fi solution and a tablet to facilitate our lives in rural Blaine, Wa.
Believe me when I say, these men are the best! We are happy!

Cedrech did a great job yesterday in helping me to get my new Samsung phone set up. He helped me transfer the data and move the sim card. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Keep him!

Went here to upgrade our phones. The associates added over $50 dollars/mo in services we didn’t ask for or agree to, probably so they could hit a quota.

The phone industry is so bad that when I went into the store to make sure my photos were backed up, and to see about getting a new phone they couldn’t help me. And then they wanted to charge me over $100 sales tax (which I did not have the money for up front). I was offered a $17 protection plan with no guarantee about how things would go… and then when I wanted to take items off my device they told me they couldn’t help me and I would have to go on line…
A complete waste of my time, and my issue was not resolved…I’m not mad at the store, the cashier did everything he could, but left with nothing resolved.

This is one of the best stores I've been in for customer service. I'm truly blown away by everyone in that store. I've spoken to or been helped by almost everyone and I can't speak highly of them enough. Honest, kind, articulate, knowledgeable and a great representation for the whole company. Give everyone in that store a raise.

Predatory sales. Be careful. Non disclosed contract info by employees in order to boost sales. Originally I was so happy with the friendliness and streamlined completion of the task…not so much anymore. Sales person signed me up for 2 extra monthly charges that I was unaware of. When I discovered the first one I Cancelled it with no problem (big waste of time though) then just discovered the second one (ATT sends emails re account changes) and then spent more time contacting ATT only to discover it was a requirement of my deal. The monthly fee actually makes the “deal” non existent. Yea, I should have read the fine print…it’s been a long time since I have had this type of non disclosure crop up. 10 plus years of being an ATT cellular customer for all 4 of our lines but this one location and their intentional misrepresentation or non disclosure has me reconsidering that decision. Trade ins have always been great…but if doing a promotion read the fine print! And don’t trust this location’s sales people (perhaps management?) to be straightforward.

This is regarding the unprofessional conduct and failure to follow company policies by the store manager, Jason on 5/22/24. And I feel deeply aggrieved by the manner in which I was treated.
5/21/24 I was in a corporate store downtown working to solve issues with my phone and account. A representative from the corporate store downtown contacted store manager Jason directly to confirm that my phone was in stock and could be picked up the next day at this location.
Despite this, upon my arrival, Jason initially lied, claiming the phone was not available. When I insisted that I had confirmation of the stock, Jason shifted his stance and stated that he could not release the phone without a receipt or proof of purchase. This was despite the fact that he had my ID and my account information readily accessible, showing the order details.
I was shocked by this misleading information and the unwarranted refusal. After expressing my frustration for several minutes, Jason eventually retrieved the phone, which he had previously denied having, and handed it to me without requiring a receipt. This inconsistent behavior is both confusing and unacceptable.
I subsequently contacted customer service, who confirmed that there is no policy requiring proof of purchase for authorized in-store pickups if the name on the ID matches the account holder. This means that Jason’s actions were not only unprofessional but also in direct violation of company policies.
As a loyal customer who spends hard-earned money on your products and services, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty. Instead, Jason's conduct made me feel as if I was doing something wrong, which is deeply disheartening and discriminatory.

5/5 - Luna greeted quickly and kindly as soon as I walked in. I came in with questions about my family plan that had a lot of different things added to it, making adjustments and calculated needing to be done longhand. Luna patiently walked me through and carefully explained multiple scenarios for me to get the best deal without sacrificing the same services we have. Thanks Luna, what had been a pain for me to figure out on my own was something taken care of with no stress!

I bought a new phone and some of my texts were not showing on my new phone. Perla did an amazing job transferring all the missing messages. She is kind, thoughtful and professional! She helped me again when I returned my old phone. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience working with Perla at this location! She gave me excellent advice about which telephone to purchase based on my individual habits and needs.
