My 83 yo mom bought her first smartphone here and the associate was really patient and helpful. She gave options clearly and explained things well. It was a good experience.

It’s pointless for AT&T to even have brick and mortar locations anymore if the services are going to be so useless. My phone was broken and I needed info regarding my insurance and they didn’t even have anything to pull up on their stupid tablets to help—no number, no copy of the standard insurance contract that they sell to customers, nothing. It felt like talking to human AI chatbots, so why keep paying labor and commercial rent?Also to whoever is writing the reply, the word you want is “transparency,” not “transparence.”

False promises, hidden charges, idk how this company gets away with literally stealing its customers.Context:They said that if I included certain lines every extra line was gonna be only $5 at the time, but they ended up costing $45 each somehow, they said that I was only gonna pay a certain amount for my new phone after trade in and they never registered the phone I traded in, they basically just stole it. So I ended up paying the full amount for the new phone.I’ve never had a good experience with At&t and now that I’m with T-Mobile they’re charging me a cancellation fee of $109 haha so crazy.I wonder if other people experience these things ?

Went in for something specifically. They had it in stock. Told me incorrect information that it wouldnt work for me. Encouraged me to shop elsewhere....so I will be.

Stephan did an amazing job helping us out with our service transfer and getting a new phone and line added. He was so patient with us as we tried different ways to separate accounts. He was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated him a lot and would definitely recommend him and his service at this store! :)

Stephan was amazing! Very patient, helpful, and friendly. We had some issues with our att account, but he was very helpful and kindly took the time to walk through the process and figure out what was going on. He was very very helpful and helped us resolve the problem. Definitely recommend going to him for anything!

The rep who helped me - Chewy- was very informative and listened well, showing great patience. Already an ATT customer, I came in to upgrade and the process seemed easier than in the past.
