Excellent experience at a family owned dealership with great customer service, smooth and fast process, and enjoyable experience. Especially Cisco (Sales Consultant) who helped us through the entire process in purchasing a car. Great attention to detail by first understanding our needs and wants for a car by asking and answering all questions from the entire family, not just one person, ensuring we received the best car for us. Even better customer service throughout the whole process by answering our question and checking in on us during his work hours and after. Taking his time with us and never rushed our decision, making sure we felt confident every step of the way and ultimately choosing the car that was truly the best fit. Even after buying the car, he took the time to help our entire family understand all features of the car and continued to answer any question we had. He also did a final walkthrough with us to make sure everything was perfect before we left. Truly a great and refreshing experience at a dealership with outstanding staff.

My wife and I just leased an Audi Q3 from Audi of Seattle and it was the easiest vehicle transaction we’ve ever experienced. The sales and finance team is top tier but what really made our experience 5 stars was our sales consultant, Jon Pollack. I worked for a dealership for 18 years and I’ve never met a sales consultant that took so much time and interest not only getting us the exact vehicle we wanted but also taking the time to walk us through every system and how to use it. Jon is the blueprint for what a 5 star sales consultant should be. We will drive from Gig Harbor to Seattle and will only purchase our future vehicles from Jon. Thank you Jon for the 5 star service!

The sales person, Justyn, was so helpful in finding me the best car for me. I had missed out on a low mileage all road wagon a few months ago and rather than hound me with other random cars to buy, Justyn waited until he saw something he knew I would like. A 2017 Q5 with 9k miles, rolled into the dealership and I am now the proud owner. Thanks for all your help and making the process very easy!
