This was the first time I bought a car remotely from another state. My brother in law who happened to live up there checked the car. The rest of the process was done remotely. Jim and John were very helpful and responsive. They arranged delivery to my state. Title was mailed via FedEx. I recommend this business.

Bought a RAV4 back in August, so it's been 3 months and I'm very happy with the vehicle and the whole purchasing experience. Jim was great and easy to work with. I was unable to see the vehicle in person due to being stationed for military in remote Alaska, which is cause for some nervousness and anxiety with such a big purchase on a used car, but Jim proved to be knowledgeable and experienced with the shipping process and I've had no issues with the vehicle so far. I would recommend Auto Connections Seattle to anyone, and I'm glad I decided to shop with them instead of a mainstream commercial corporate dealership. Thanks Jim!

I was looking for a specific year, make and model. And when I was giving up hope boom! Auto Connections Seattle posted the car. Called them and talked to John and scheduled a test drive at 2pm and walked out the door with keys at 4:30. John was a good “lad” (because he is Irish) no pressure, answers any questions, just an overall good dude. Not to mention he took me to test drive in one of the best places to test drive. You’ll have to see it for yourself. I also spoke with Jim. The dude is a wealth of knowledge and gave me a tour of their showroom that contains some rare pieces. If you are looking for honest, no pressure and friendly services buy from John and Jim at Auto Connections Seattle.

Janna was great! Friendly, communacative, honest & flexible. She was very patient with me as I had to reschedule several times. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and she provided detailed vehicle history without my even having to ask. The vehicle was priced fairly, and represented accurately on the website. I am very pleased with the quality of the vehicle and the excellent customer service. Would definitley recommend buying here!

Janna is an all-star. She helped us get a great deal on a very specific car we were looking at. She circumvented all the dealer interaction that we all hate. She is very sweet and helpful. She asked all the right questions and took care of everything from finding the car to repairing a tiny ding in the paint job when the car was delivered. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and she saved us a bunch of money as well.

We bought a car here today. John was great to work with. The minivan we bought had incredibly low miles and was in very good shape. I was impressed that they had just put new brake pads on and had the car fully checked by a mechanic. We will recommend this place to everyone looking for a quality selection of used cars.

I've waited almost a week to write this review, because I was frustrated after our experience and wanted some time to think about it. Last Saturday, my partner spoke with Jim about a Honda Civic. Jim asked my partner to speak with John, who was in the office that day. When we arrived, John was incredibly friendly. He kept referring to my partner as "my friend," and showed us pictures of his recent trip to Ireland. He also immediately started talking to my partner as if the purchase of the car was a done deal. He accompanied us on a test drive of the vehicle. During the test drive, John mentioned taking the car onto the freeway, but then directed my partner back to the office after driving right down the street, circling a lot, and then driving back.When we arrived back at the office, John pulled out some paperwork and gave it to my partner. Again, he was acting as if the transaction was a done deal. When we started trying to negotiate with him, everything changed. "My friend" went straight out the window, his smile turned into a frown, and he said to us twice that he wouldn't have had us come all the way down there if he had known that we were going to try to negotiate. What car dealership expects customers to purchase a vehicle without negotiation? I had to bite my tongue to keep from telling him that he didn't have us come down there, and that we chose to come take a look at the vehicle. At one point, he pulled the old "let me go talk to my boss" routine and stepped outside for a few minutes. When he returned, he refused to negotiate.Needless to say, we did not purchase the vehicle. And also needless to say, we do not recommend this business.

Jim spoke with me over the phone and via text about my old, beloved vehicle that I was selling. He was patient, knowledgable and-- most of all-- honest and transparent. For understandable reasons, my vehicle was not something he wanted to buy, but he explained this in a straightforward and honest way. Furthermore, he even offered free advice on how to sell it elsewhere. This interaction left such an positive impression that I wanted to share this review, hoping it helps his business, and brings good customers to his door. Thanks for being a good human, Jim!

*Great car buying experience!! We highly recommend buying a car thru Auto Connections Seattle. Janna was wonderful to work with and was very professional, helpful and friendly. Jim and John were also great. We feel like we got a great quality car at a very reasonable price. We had shopped at multiple car dealers and this was without a doubt the best:)
