For those who show up and are disappointed to find nobody on site, please keep in mind this is a small business with a small staff.
I live out of state and I’ve been working with a terrific broker named Sam on purchasing a truck; he has been extremely helpful and reachable by phone and email. Most unfortunately (through no fault of Sam’s) the deal fell through but I would definitely work with auto link again.

I was sent to the car lot with buy summary ready to purchase thr vehicle and drive home . THERE'S NO CAR LOT AT THE ADDRESS I WAS SENT AND NO ONE HAS CALLED TO DISCUSS THE VEHICLE ???? And

Still trying to get a deal done after weeks. After the credit application is filled out nobody calls, emails, or responds with the status. Each call to the dealership goes to voicemail. It's impossible to reach anyone, no matter how many voicemails you leave. I'm beginning to wonder if this dealership is a scam.

Company bought out R-K motor sales. Auto Link Seattle says they operate 12-6PM on Sunday on their Google page, Yelp page, and their website so I showed up at 11:50 and waited until 12:30 and nobody was here to operate, wish I could’ve made a deal today.

Drove here from a good distance, since no good pricing in our area, for a car we were looking for. Got a good deal and sales person was very friendly. They also agreed to fix an issue with the car. Glad we made the trip.
