Super nice and helpful staff, when they couldn’t help find the right paint color for my car they helped me figure it out by YouTubing and googling for some potential dupes. Also lent me materials I needed that they had laying around. Nice and friendly guys!

Had my car battery replaced. The 5-star rating is for Miguel, who single-handedly replaced the battery. It was a walk-in service, and the battery was replaced within 15-20 minutes.

Not even by far… THIS is the WORST autozone in Washington state. Called in just to get an alternator and was rushed and pushed off the phone with little to no help AT all. The lady who answered just didn’t care, did not want to help and was just flat out rude… I’m sure if you looked up Rude and unworthy of any job, you’d find her name there. Why even work there let alone in customer service. She’s lucky I was in a rush and didn’t have the time to give back the same damn energy…. I would’ve pulled up too. Don’t even waste your time giving me the stupid comment of you’re sorry and are disappointed about the transaction that happened and to reach back out to autozone customer support so you can “make things right” because I’m done with autozone as a whole and will never touch it again with a 10ft pole. You can blame the store, the staff there, the management at the store and the upper management that does the planning, hiring and training there because it always starts at the top.
Never had such rude service like that in my life.
Don’t EVER waste your time going here for anything, there’s no point.
I’d give a Negative Zero stars review if I could.

The pretentious gent with the durag behind the counter was quite rude. Not so helpful and pushy when he did not get the responses he expected i guess. I'll have to go to a different location. AutoZone as always taken care of me. But i wont go to the location again.
