Convenient location for Northeast Seattle, but closes early on Sunday and have had multiple rentals with issues (smoke smell, low tire pressure warning, and more).

The Asian man who helped me at the counter for check in and check out was extremely courteous and efficient, took probably 5 minutes in total. Car was clean and worked great, no issues. The location is small but if you’re not picky about car selection like me it’s perfect since you don’t have to navigate to and inside a cramped parking garage to return the car like locations more downtown. 5 min walk from the Link Station makes it even more convenient. Definitely using this location as my go-to in the future when available!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the car rental experience I recently had with your company. I had booked a full-size sedan for a 30-day rental, but the experience I encountered was far from satisfactory.Upon picking up the rental vehicle, I was shocked to find that I had been provided with a van instead of the full-size sedan I had reserved. I was asked to return to the rental location for an exchange, which was already an inconvenience.The replacement vehicle, a Ford Fusion, turned out to be a safety hazard. The tires lacked proper traction, causing the vehicle to slip twice on the highway, putting my safety at risk. Eventually, the engine of the Ford Fusion seized, which further compounded my problems.I was instructed to go to the nearest Avis location for yet another exchange, where, to my dismay, I was provided with another van. This time, I was asked to go to the airport to obtain the full-size sedan that I initially reserved.Even when I finally received the sedan, it too had issues with the engine and exhibited poor pickup. The entire rental experience has left me questioning the quality of Avis's vehicle fleet and whether customer safety and satisfaction are taken into consideration at all.I believe that the series of issues and the poor service I encountered during this rental period were not only inconvenient but also posed significant risks to my safety. I kindly request that you provide a better-maintained and safer vehicle for the remainder of my rental period, or alternatively, reimburse me for the inconveniences and safety concerns I've had to endure.I hope that Avis Car Rental takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its services and fleet to ensure a better experience for future customers. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter

Nice experience at this rental. The cars are cleaned and well maintained. Very short waiting time. In and out in 10 minutes. Always got the car we booked. There isn't much room for selection since the quantity here is low compared to other rental locations. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Be sure to go early in the day to have a bit of a choice in the car selection.

I am a regular customer. Always got a car I booked, and usually out with it in 15-20 mins.The staff is curtious, the cars are clean and well maintained. They always tried to accommodate to their best and provided satisfactory service when something went wrong

Worst rental experience ever. Booked a car online and end up having no cars. And the ppl worked at the front desk did not try to help at all. All he said basically was contact the customer service and u will get your refund. What a shame that as a rental company but doesn’t have car for renting.

The person behind the counter is unfortunately not equipped to handle a volume of customers. By volume I mean 3 customers. I’d advise unless you have ample time or a Time Machine to recover you invaluable time, go to an AVIS that is actually run by a person that knows how to use windows 95 or newer OS. Disaster, and painful to watch!
