I usually shop online, no issues with the brand and generally happy. But the security guard at this store is very aggressive. I was looking for gifts this afternoon for my dad and it takes me a lot time to decide on things, I usually will go back in forth to the same item. I went back twice to look at a hat by the door and each time he got way to close to me while I was shopping, I felt like he was trying to intimidate me and made me very uncomfortable.I get there might be a shop lifting issue at this store but making customers feel like criminals is really not the vibe.

Forest is the best worker ever!!! My bf and I went shopping for some clothes for his new job, he ended up loving a pair of pants from Backcountry but they were out of stock nationwide of the color and size he needed. We went to multiple other stores and he couldn’t stop talking about these pants and how he wished he could get them.WELL Forest had helped us in store that night. The next day I get a call and decide to answer even though I didn’t recognize the number. IT WAS FOREST! They had found a few pairs of the color and size my bf needed and they remembered my account info from the night before and called me offering to put them on hold. I can’t even tell you how excited my bf was! Thanks Forest! Truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful!

They sell injini socks (thank you!), are close to the underground qfc parking lot, and I got a wicked awesome work jumpsuit there. So it's really a win overall.

There was nobody in line or waiting to be helped at the register. I went to return an expensive bike part. I filled out the return sheet and was told it would be processed later that day. I asked what happens if I leave and don't get an email, am I out of $300? The Backcountry rep at the register said yes unfortunately. I asked why and he said we are so busy we need to tend to our in-store customers. I said what if I were checking out? There is no line. Why is this acceptable? If an employee decides to steal my bike part I have no way to get that $300 back and no way to prove I dropped it off to be returned.

A lot of good quality basics that I’d wear outdoors or in my daily life! Excellent curation and good prices. I like going into the store because I’ve found some great sale items like a pair of Vuori shorts, or recently they had a rack of Alo sale items.Topo Designs has super comfortable, functional, and stylish cargo pants that are very similar to what you might buy at Aritzia or Nordstrom but I think they’re much higher quality.

Came here to checkout some bouldering shoes. Although there was limited stock when I went, staff were chill and did their best to help out and I eventually got what I needed!

Placed an order. They don’t keep their website up to date though so here I am wondering where my order is. Turns out the item is out of stock and they just chose not to tell me that my order was never going to show.
