Really cool store to wander around in, even if you're not looking for anything in particular. You can find some good deals and some really unique furniture.

I had SUCH a great experience with Ballard Consignment! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. The store has all different styles of furniture at various price points that [I believe] cater to most people's budgets.
I am SO thrilled with the couch and kitchen table I purchased and am glad I invested in quality pieces that will last longer than your average Ikea-esq purchase. I also like that I was able to pick from styles that are different than what you find in the big box stores. The entire experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. And bonus points for the delivery service they pair with (Uff Da Logistics). Definitely don't sleep on Ballard Consignment, or either of their sister stores (The Furniture Guy and Everett Consignment.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. Recently purchased a desk from here that they had labeled as a solid Walnut desk and even chatting with an associate mentioned that. Come to find out after purchasing that the desk is veneer and doesn’t have any actual solid walnut content. We went back to discuss and were met with a rude reaction from a staff member and nothing they could do. Now I understand that we should’ve done more research on the item and that they clearly state all sales final but if you’re going to advertise a solid walnut desk and even have an associate sell us on it then it should actually be a walnut desk. Just be wary when purchasing from here.

excellent selection and some cool older pieces too. 3 stars though because they sold me a bed-frame with missing hardware. shame on me yes but for their price point they should have done the extra legwork

Amazing store! I just dropped off small items for consignment, and was delighted to browse their offerings. A most welcome antidote to Ikea. Stunning furniture and home decor from all different eras, all high quality. Huge space as well. A fun place to browse!!

My husband and I purchased a sectional couch from Ballard Consignment in October, using money we had received as a wedding gift. It was a huge purchase for us, one we sweated over for months. What we selected was not a vintage or used piece, this is a new, white-label brand of furniture that they carry in their store alongside used items. The thing was almost $2,000 and it is falling apart 5 months in, and the customer service we have received has been abysmal. The two pieces of the sectional will not stay clipped together because of some sort of defect. The clips come loose, and then will not stay latched, meaning we have to re-join the two sectional pieces almost daily. This also means pulling all the cushions off to re-arrange them. The fabric also has proven to be of very low quality, as it is already starting to pill and sag in places. Again, this is in 5 months of use. When we asked about repairs or returns, we were refused either option. The ONLY option we were offered was to re-consign with Ballard (hah!). Particularly wild seeing as the sectional's clips are broken and falling off...I assume they were just going to put it out on the floor to lure in another "all sales final" customer. Especially for such a big ticket item, this kind of rip-off stings. I have no idea what we are going to do with this couch. I really feel like we were sold a lemon, and the attitude of management tells me that they probably know this furniture is garbage, because they literally will not stand by their products. Sounds like other Yelp reviewers have received abusive messages from the business owner following their low reviews...maybe I should close my DMs...

Wish they treated their employees better :/ I would rather support a business ran by nice/genuine people (who actually know what they are doing)
