Should be zero stars. I went in yesterday to make a wire transfer. There were three employees and they all said they couldn't help me. I was the only customer in the bank. I drove down to the BA in Madison Park where I saw only two employees and they did my transfer in 10 minutes . Why does this place exist? This is one reason why everyone should move to USDC crypto.

I shouldn't have to worry about getting out of a vehicle and seeing needles in the parking lot.I understand that employees don't want to pick it up but that is why they should use a broom and dustpan. Customers should not have to deal with it and worry about getting stuck with a needle when they wear sandals or flip flops.I know that the employees didn't put it there but someone needs to pick it up and customers do not work there or own the property.I know that America has major drug issues and the government doesn't want to deal with it. I won't go into the whole thing. My point is that I shouldn't have to pick it because I am a customer and not an employee. I also should have worried about a child getting out of a vehicle getting stuck by a needle because they have fallen and or wearing sandal ?. The child could get very sick or could die from whatever is in the needle.Again I have picked up the needle because the employees are not caring about their customers.Update lately I have seen some improvement. The trash and stuff has been picked up. I stopped going to this bank area but I have been through the area a few times lately and seen some improvement.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. BofA doesn't care about their customers.I have had a BofA credit card for over 20 years. I am entitled to certain services as a card holder, like exchanging dollars for foreign currency, but I have to go into a bank; I can't do it online. I called to find out if I had to make an appointment and was left on hold for 40 minutes after which, I hung up as I had a meeting. So the next day I went into the branch and I was told by the manager that the ONLY person in the branch who could order foreign currency was at lunch. She didn't offer to do it for me. The MANAGER. I said, so there is no way you can help me and she said I could go to another financial institution. When I said, "that's you solution? That's all you can do?!" she told me I could wait for 1.5 hours or make an appointment. I chose the latter. After 15 minutes of waiting, I said, "I'm the only person in this bank, can I make an appointment?" At which time a teller took me and I made an appointment for today. I asked if I needed to bring any documentation to buy currency and I was told no.So today I show up at my appointed time and the "manager" asked me how she could help me and I told her that I had an appointment to buy currency. She asked for my driver's license. I told her that I was told when I made the appointment that I didn't need documentation, only cash and my BofA credit card. She said she needed it. I told her that they need to get their messaging straight because I was told I didn't need documentation to buy currency. She then checked with the person who was supposed to be able to sell me the currency who said, no, I didn't need a driver's license. So, I asked to buy currency and he said that he can't sell currency. The manager said that she can't either because she's only there "helping out."Find another bank if you want to have any service at all.

Horrible customer service. I just wanted to complete the simple task of getting change. I waited five to ten minutes in line once no one was in front of me, even though a teller was available. When the teller finally acknowledged me, he was rude and acted like it was huge favor create change. I've been a Bank of America customer for about 15 years, its disappointing being treated this way as a customer. Really just a generally disappointing person to person interaction.

The manager beyond rude. Bank opens at 10am the 3 employees arrive shortly before. I was the first in line and finally the manager opens a teller spot At 10:17am. Long story short he was on a power trip - was making up bank rules which made no sense. Totally incompetent manager and left a bad impression. Was in the bank for 40+ minutes And my issue not resolved. Resolution - went to another branch downtown - in and out in less than 5 minutes.

When is this place opening up? It’s been close for a whole year! No one responds to the email for the safety deposit box access and the phone numbers are all automated so you can’t even schedule a time to access the safety deposit box!

They never have enough people working for the number of customers who need to be served at this busy location. This makes all of the employees stressed, rude, and unhelpful.

The notary public here has no idea what he is doing tried to force us to cross out a section of a legal document that we where specifically told not to cross out and to leave blank then had a little panic attack and refused to motorized or document.

Literally the worst banking experience I have ever had across multiple state, other banks, and BoA branches. My account manager told me the wrong information about a recurring wire transfer fee, the the bank told me they would do me a HUGE FAVOR and waive the fee once, not more than that - although it was their fault for the fee even existing in the first place. This seemingly minor issue escalated dramatically when manager, William Yu, then told me it was MY fault they could not help me further and then proceeded to verbally berate his employee in front of me for telling me the wrong information. I closed my account immediately and will never go back there.

Bank of America has the worst customer service I've ever encountered in a well known business. Many customers. One clerk. Line added four people before I left.

This place is slow and understaffed. They really want you to do mobile banking since they barely have anyone working at such a big branch. Only two tellers and a line of six people waiting for 15 mins.

I would not recommend this branch to my worst enemy. They never have more than one teller when I go in. Every time I go there it's about 20 minutes to do anything. Unless your a merchant be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Not to mention the girl teller was short with me. I have my personal, business and I have a M.L acct. all with BOA. Love my Bothell branch though.

Different than the other BofAs for sure. It didn't look too appealing from the outside, and I got kind of nervous with some of the folks hanging out in the parking lot. But it was the closest one to where we live. Once inside, the staff was really catering. They took our information and updated our accounts since we recently got married and I changed my name. We also opened up a shared checking account. No issues whatsoever. Service was fine. We've been there a few times to handle some transactions and have no complaints. They're not the best for their investing tools and products, let alone their loan products. Overall experience was fine.
