Always only one teller window. Forever wait. Wait 25 minutes to do a deposit for one of my client who banks with BOA.

I live near this branch and my boyfriend uses their services often. Today I pulled into Bank of America to cash my government check. I do not have an account there , but that has never been a problem before or at any boa branch I've used. I walked into the bank around 5pm it was not busy so I was pretty happy about that. I waited in line for about 10 mins before I walked up to the teller. I asked the teller if I can cash my check there, as I'm handing him the check. He looks at check and ask me "does the check have a certain bank it works with? I told him the check is from the state of Washington and I didn't see a name of a certain branch on their. His co worker proceeded to intervene and help and give him instructions on how to do it , but the teller continued to cut her off and ignore everything she was saying. He then hands me back my check and tells me someone needs to verify and tells me to go have a seat. RIGHT THEN , I was sooooo confused because he never took the check to verify. I sat down , and a friendly banker came over to assist. He walked me to his desk and began to attempt to verify. THENNNNNN the manager decides to walk over interrupt and asks his employee ""what are you doing? " he said verifying... he took the check from him and said I couldn't cash it there and he can't verify. I asked why? He told me because he can't. He asked who I banked with and I told him, I bank out of state. He said well no I can't do it. He was very rude and I felt as though he only did not want to cash my check because of how me and my boyfriend looked. I didn't appreciate him walking over during the banker and I conversation and interrupting rudely. He didn't even budge to help us at all , just gave me a solid NO! With no explanation.

If you don't want your day be ruined, avoid using this branch! On 1/14/19 at around 2 pm, my wife went to withdraw some newer $20 bills cash for red envelope as the Chinese new year is on the corner. The banker gave her the very old ones, my wife requested to have the somewhat newer, the rep refused and said they are the same money. My wife was quite upset and decided to get the newer bills from Chase Bank on Lake City Way, Chase treated her very well, gave her the brand new bills and also gave the red envelopes.

Here is the deal. First I used to work for BofA and before BofA it was Security Pacific for a little while and before that was SeaFirst Bank which to me was the best bank to work for. The reason is that they take of their customers and also their employees. Just before I got lay-off in 2004 which BofA took over they (BofA) try to model how to take care of their customers, but now they (BofA) has gone way down hill. They don't care for their customer. All excuses. As of today I was waiting in line for over 15 minutes and and finally got to the window, she said not yet. My whole purpose to be here was to get to my safety box. And in the past, they wants us to get in line to be check in. But now it is not, I have to wait in another section to be check in. So another 15 plus minutes wait just to get into my safety box. To me this is unacceptable to treat your customers since 1986 !!!! Every time we comes into this branch, they try to sell us something that we don't need and then ask for a 10 rating. I don't know why I stay with this bank for so long .
