This bank just admitted to giving the feds your bank transaction to see where you shop! If your smart you will get your money out and change banks!

Today my 13-year-old came in to have his first banking experience. He was greeted by Roman, he came in with a bunch of change he wanted to turn into paper money. I did advise Roman that this was my child’s first banking experience and that Roman would be getting a Google review. Roman let my son know that his expectation of getting a banking account at 18 was actually per the age of 16. That was helpful information. He also supplied my child with a tray to count the money with paper rolls. I would’ve given five stars if he would have just provided a low impact customer experience and taken the change and exchanged it but overall good experience.

This is by far the worst BoA branch I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The employees here are incredibly rude and aggressive. I felt very rushed and like they did not care about my experience at all. This entire experience has put me off from doing business with BoA especially this branch. I took my business to another bank and I advise the rest of you to do the same. Your money and your time is important, don’t waste it on these people.

I spoke to Vince one of Bank of America credit card associate, and ask for help to waive the $40 late fee, which I accidentally pay late only of a couple of hours late on my due date and explained myself. unfortunately the system declined, I was so frustrated and hoping for help especially when you are already drowning of Bank of Americas very high interest rates. Other Bank institutions are helpful enough but not with Bank of America. It is so hard especially when your having a hard time to let both ends meet. So FRUSTRATED

All their banks seem to be closing and the few that are still open have only 1 teller and long lines.... I am done with Bank of America...Question.... Does your board members sit around and brainstorm new ways to make customer service even worse? If so... They are succeeding!

They notarize only a specific type of documents and of course do not mention the type of docs they notarize on their website. You have to go all the way to the center just to be told that they can't notarize a certain type of doc. Save the trip and go to a UPS to get your docs notarized.

Bank of America service sucks. Our card was charged In Utah a dozen times which we reported. We obviously were not in Utah, cancelled the card, and got a new one. BoA approved the fraud claim and closed it and we got our money back. Over a month later BoA decided that they actually no longer approve the fraud claim and charged us all the money back. When we talked to them they just said we need some new evidence against the charge. Their service has always sucked but what the heck. We will be closing all of our accounts because we have just had so many problems with them.

I cant figure out how to change my review of this place. Apparently you can access the ATM. You just need to swipe your ATM card to let you in the ATM area. Makes it a little safer.

Told me my money wasn’t available but I’m able to pull my money out the atm. Like what kind of sense does that make ? Terrible place feel like they have something against me because every time I visit this branch they are the only ones who give me trouble with my OWN money. I called customer care to Bank of America and they told me my money is available and they shouldn’t have said that it was not available when it is, Been contemplating about just switching banks been with this bank for 10+ years and this is the service I receive ridiculous bunch of LIARS

Been with BofA for 20+ years. Google page phone number to this financial center (408 Pike) goes to an automated system (at the time of this review) that doesn't allow you to reach the actual branch. I verified this with 1-800 customer service. I was trying to reach someone to verify a deposit that never posted that I made inside this financial center with an actual human-being-teller a few "business days" earlier. I guess there's a first time for everything. Strange times indeed.

Bank of America was the first bank that I got an account at while attending college 24 years ago. My first credit card was a Bank of America Golden Key National Honor Society account. I just received an email stating that my credit card account had been closed due to inactivity. No advance notification just an abrupt closure. This certainly shows how little this organization values it's customers. It's obviously all about bottom line profits to them as they have very little concern for a customer they have earned tens of thousands of dollars on over the past 24 years.

All the negative review are in past. I'm new in the city and had to change couple of things with my account.

This had been one of the worst banking experience I ever had.
