Old white female manager needs to work on her ppl skills. I feel sorry for everyone working under her. I might pay my cc bill at the atm, but my experience left me wanting to avoid the whole place all together.

Walking into this branch at 5pm. The lady in the counter lets me wait until 5:30pm and then say the system is shut down, you need to come back another day. The second, walking in the morning, the same lady in the counter lets me wait. Waiting forever, then I directly talked to another staff in the count regarding the problem I have with BoA. The first lady cuts in and says, "Do you have an appointment?" Okay, why ask me to wait in the first place...

B of A Queen Anne Hill refused to call Union Bank Queen Anne on a cashier's check that cleared on 23rd. Today is the 25th and after bring in proof into the branch they still can't clear my funds. Josh refused to call B of A customer service that advised me what to do. He said the Manager was out on vacation when I asked if there was a manager who could help. Again, they put a hold till the 30th on a check where funds have cleared Union Bank on the 23rd.

Christopher Mawhorter (Branch/Relationship Manager) is always friendly and helpful with any of my concerns. His actions and kindness are sincere, something not always found in a busy city. I always leave with the answers or solutions needed. Thank you! (this location is great btw)
