Bank of America customer and I use this branch plus the Alaska branch. I also have a child at the elementary school next door. They berate and yell at parents who use the parking lot for school drop off at 8am, two-hours prior to the bank opening at 10am. I would understand if the parking lot was being used during business hours - but that is not the case at 8am in the morning. Business is not being interrupted. This is not how you support your local community and customers.

Moving from a small town in Texas to Seattle requires many business decisions, one of which was finding a bank and setting up accounts. The West Seattle, Admiral Way branch has been so helpful to me and made suggestions that have benefitted me. I couldn't ask for friendlier employees and all in all I'm very happy with my choosing this branch and bank.

It's very unfortunate to see the negative reviews regarding this Bank branch. We now live in a world where, if someone doesn't like something, they are more motivated to complain rather than speak to someone to work things out. I think it's time to turn things around and have compassion for the bank workers who have to get up every single morning to show up to work while a majority of the community has the luxury of working from home. I don't come here often but when I do it is always wonderful great service. Whether I am having a bad day or not does not depend on the type of consistent great service that I receive at this branch location. Five stars goes out to the entire staff at this branch location who might've been possibly furloughed and without jobs since during the beginning of the pandemic. I will continue to support this branch location and i'm grateful that it is part of the community.

I don't usually write comments good or bad about banks but this one from the beginning has very much impressed me. The manager is always friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone who I have come in contact with here has been very helpful. Especially Jeanette the manager, Randolph Loperena who is very knowledgeable and helpful. He really helped me out with a very serious situation and David. They have very caring bank associates who help you with anything you need and explain carefully the best loan or credit card info.

Would give no stars if I could. Sat there for an hour while the personal banker fiddled around on the computer, told us that there was a system issue and he couldn’t do anything for us and either could customer service. That WE would need to call customer service on Monday... all we needed was to remove a name. Also swore in front of my family and child.. so unprofessional. I asked what would be needed for us to just close our accounts and his response was that he could do that right now if we wanted to, clearly keeping business isnt a priority of Bank of America.

Never answer their phone and will hang up on you. No one has any clue what is going on. Terrible customer service and I'm looking forward to closing my accounts.

Cindy is great but other teller was very passive aggressive and refused to take my deposit over something that was so easy to resolve but made it clear that I was wasting his time and that it was so busy and “people” (the customers) are very impatient. They made me get out of line, re-write something that was already on the check and by the time it was my turn again and I walk up to the front counter, they tell the other teller (not me directly who is now standing there at the desk) “BE BACK IN 30” then walks off...the other teller helped me and even took time to search for what I needed instead of embarrassing me and making me feel bad. I will wait PATIENTLY for Cindy every time instead of dealing with that sass. Very unprofessional.
