My 96 year old wheel chair bound aunt and her 64 year old disabled son needed a notarized document signed on Monday Sept. 18, 2023. My aunt has been a loyal customer of BOA for over 80+ years. When I called to ask if they still performed this service they said yes come on down, they are open till 5:00 pm. I at great difficulty loaded both in my station wagon and drove to the market street branch of BOA, arriving at 2:00 pm. We checked in and waited 2 hours forty eight minutes for someone to help with the notary, that actually took less than 5 minutes total to accomplish. I politely asked many times if someone could show her just a little extra courtesy because of her age and her extreme difficulty after sitting in the wheelchair for over 2 hours. To my bewilderment we waited almost 1 more hour till someone gave her the 5 minutes she needed. As you guessed she asked me to help close her account, which we will do upon opening a new account with a different bank, most likely Boeing credit union. This customer of 80 years knew that these people here were so callus and not interested in or willing to extend even the slightest courtesy to her or her disabled son that this was not the place she wanted to do business with. This bank has indeed changed, but not for the good.

Only come here if you have an appointment already, walk-ins for anything other than deposits and withdrawals will be shown the door. Next available time they could bother to see me was 2 weeks out.

No wonder this bank has such horrible reviews. Went in to cash a check, first time it took nearly 40 minutes. This time I was denied at the door. Due to the amount I was told they won't cash it. It's a high check number, it's verified but I'm not s boa customer. Well this is why. I wasn't even offered to be one a member, not that I ever would. The worst Bank of banks this branch especially.

This bank is the nothing special, and even frustrating at times EXCEPT for one department and one employee - Eric (ML Investment banker). If you need any advice, big or small, he is top class! Super knowledgeable and very patient. Make an appointment with him specifically for investment/savings advice.

Wait line goes outside to the street,unbelievable.For almost 6 months this nonsense is tolerated.Nobody seems to care.Only one teller,poor girl needs to be promoted to a branch manager and show the rest of them what it means to earn your pay check.

One teller, eight people in line. I asked a female employee who was walking around the lobby if she could call for anther teller, her answer was "no". No apology for the long wait, or explanation. Just one word, "no" and she kept walking. Terrible customer service, seems to be the norm for Bank of America. Not the first time for poor service.

Shane Dunn is the best there is. After having 3 employees assisting me regarding a auto pay bill and one in "digital systems" (all over phone) 2 could not help me and the 3rd was extremely rude and was somehow able to close my pay by bill without me even being aware of this. Shane was able to get to the bottom of this, He is extremely patient, has wonderful customer service and a great sense of humor. He saved the day. Susan Marston

Their drive-thru parking lot has been trashed for weeks. I called about a month ago and asked them to do something about it. They said they would, and didn't.
