I just spent a half hour, mostly on hold, attempting to report my card lost. Spent the first half telling the first guy my information so that he could identify my account. He then placed me on hold while "connecting me with Banner Bank." After several apologies, for the long hold time, he put me on hold so that I could be connected with a Bank employee. I spent the second half giving the second guy the same information and found out that he was also not a Banner Bank employee and wanted to explain to me that they had a high call volume. I believe the call volume could be cut in half if they were not gathering the same information twice using two separate offices and sets of employees. I gave up. I do not recommend having any problems during non-banking hours. The bank is farming out the phone service. I am so very disappointed.

I used to use the ATM at this location. I stopped in the branch to break a $100 dollar bill to spend at a nearby business and was refused all services since I didn't have an account. Guess in will have to find the next closest ATM to fork over a $3 ATM fee to.

It's too bad the Banner Bank service you get in Walla Walla does not translate to the folks in Seattle. But I guess one should expect that when going to a big city? Epic fail .. and she was the branch manager, Adrienne Tatge.
