Worst experience since I'm here for around 2 hrs, specially last week and today. They everytime are out of stock on important medication. They have me running today waiting for an authorization sent over 1 week from the doctor. The patient is a delicate health with diabetes type 2, a lot of complications and kidney disease stage 3. She's needing her insulin and as they say they are out of stock for over 2 weeks and bow they are asking for a reauthorization sent by the doctor on the 12th. At this time I came.out of the place without the insulin and will.be without medication for a couple days until a miracle happens. That's is without mention that this patient is using the lantus solostar for over 10yrs. Will be lllooking for another place I don't want to hear anything about Bartell anymore.

I have put in refill requests but I never end up getting confirmation that they are ready nor that they have been received even though the automated message tells me they will ready for pick up later that day. When I go in person, they say they a. haven't received that request or b. It's going to take over multiple days to over a week to get it filled. I try calling multiple times a day at different hours of the day and no one ever picks up either.

The pharmacy staff is friendly and quick. I've usually only had to wait behind one person max whether I come at 2 pm or 6:30 pm. The store shelves have always been stocked when I've been by. I also haven't had issues with getting through on the phones now that the dust has settled from the other closures.Anyway, it seems like they've fixed the issues mentioned in the previous reviews. The neighborhood could really use a pharmacy so I'm really hopeful this one will stick around! :)

Pharmacy won't pick up, I've tried multiple times over multiple days and spent 15+ min on hold and still don't get anyone to answer.

A cashier who didn't answer questions, didn't respond to my verbal comments, didn't acknowledge my efforts to communicate with her, didn't offer to remedy a situation. Very strange.

The pharmacy does not answer their phone - no matter how long I’m on the line, what hour I’m calling, how busy they are, how urgent the call is, etc. Apparently this is a problem for all customers.Edit: I called the customer service number from the response below, and they were equally unhelpful. Their response was, “If we can get ahold of them, we’ll have them call you back! But that’s all we can do.” Zero stars for Bartell corporate customer service.

No on ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. The need to hire more people. Pharmacists don’t care about you at all. They want to charge yoy more but when you mention good rx they will give a better price

Go out of your way to find a different pharmacy.I have called every day, several times a day for over a week trying to get ahold of them. They don't answer. I've waited on hold for over 25 minutes and no one ever answered. I finally decided to call the regular part of the store and they took my name and number and the pharmacy called me back the next day. I gave them my information to transfer a prescription and I go in two days later after not hearing whether or not my prescription had been filled. Apparently he never wrote down my information and never called the pharmacy. So when I went in on Friday to find out the status, they had me re-give them all the information. I came in the next day to ask and apparently they couldn't get ahold of anyone. I think what happened is, they called after the pharmacy was already closed (there's a 3 hour time difference) and they didn't try again. Easily one of the worst pharmacies I've ever experienced.

Cannot speak with anyone at the pharmacy over the phone. Sat in a loop for over 20 minutes. Going to have to look elsewhere for pharmacy services.

As others have mentioned, it’s impossible to get anyone on the line. I’ve called a couple times each day for the past three days during different parts of the day, including around opening time and later. I’ve been on hold for about an hour each time and have never gotten anyone on the line. Occasionally it’ll say I’m in a queue, but once you reach the front it just rings forever. I believe the queue is just other people in the same state and any progressing is just those “in front” of you giving up.They clearly don’t care or value their customers. I cannot recommend anyone use this pharmacy, it’s a terrible experience.

I am so sick of terrible customer service, no matter the Bartells location. I finally got a hold of someone with my question about filling a helium balloon and was promptly hung up on without any response. I then tried calling back several times only to have nobody answer the phone. This is a theme for all Bartells locations as they are stripped for equity by their Rite Aid overlords. The Green Lake location held out longer than most, but now it’s just like the rest. Time to look elsewhere.

Trying to get a hold of someone at the pharmacy to call in urgent prescriptions for patients in impossible. Working in the medical field we understand that times are crazy busy, however, I had called in and left a message for a patient's prescrptions to be picked up because he needed to take them 2 days prior to his dental surgery, the patient said that they had no record of my calling them in. That is extremely frustrating when we keep records of everything at our office. I had specifially asked the patient to follow up as well. But when no one can get in touch with anyone to speak with at the pharmacy, it makes things terribly frustrating for patients and medical/dental offices alike when they need to speak to a pharmacist or pharmacy staff. Times are tough, but let's do better for our patients.
