The ladies working at this location went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Brittnee and Neva showed me all of the new products in the store and helped me pick out a new body spray and a new lotion. I was having a hard time deciding on what to get and they were so helpful and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They had amazing customer service and I hope they know how much their customers appreciate them. I would also like to give a shout out to the lady working at the register named Kateland she also has amazing customer service. I love her bubbly and positive personality she’s so sweet!

Placed a online order for 7 lip care items and 4 out of the 7 was open and had been open and worn. I didn't even make it out of the store before turning around and returning it. The store clerk had the nerve to want to enter my identification into the system for something that was a mistake on their behalf. This is unacceptable and i will not be doing business with them again.

Went to Bath & Body Works today to get a replacement for my wallflower. Excellent customer service, lots of great options, and just wonderful! Love it ?!!!

Jasmine was so helpful! They were all out of my fav Strawberry Snowflake foamy hand wash and she was so helpful finding me a viable product! (The one I found had a broken top) She was so kind ✨and found me a replacement! My holiday season will smell so sweet!

BBW is my all time favorite for my house hand gel soaps. The different variety of scents and sale prices are incredible. This location is my all time. Favorite. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrible customer service and racism. I buyer over 10 products and manager would only give me 1 bag while giving other customers 3&4 bags. She was mistreating me and all of her customers were on her side letting her racism get through. All of this discrimination and islamaphobia infront of my kids. Ever employee should get fired so horrible horrible
