My favorite BECU to go to. All of the staff members are angelic, kind, patient, helpful, and amazing. I wish much peace and prosperity upon them. I think they are all fabulous people. I think they all deserve raises for how hard they work to keep members happy.

Good old BECU. Can't just call in and get an operator to answer a question. Have to call into a stupid AI that does NOT WORK, and surrender all my personal information, just to ask a simple question, and guess what, if it was a question a stupid AI could answer, then I wouldn't need to call in. Just intolerable that a bank supposedly offering a service can't make their own employees answer calls.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received from ANNICK H, a member consultant at the Seattle location near WEST Lake Union. Her knowledge, speed, and accuracy in addressing my needs were truly impressive. What struck me most, however, was her friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Annick dedication to her work is a testament to the high standards of service that BECU strives to maintain. Her passion for helping members is evident in every interaction, and she is a shining example of the values that your organization embodies.
I strongly believe that ANNICK H. deserves recognition and appreciation for her outstanding work. Her loyalty and commitment to delivering exceptional service are qualities that are hard to find, and it's clear that she is a valuable asset to your team. Consideration for a pay raise would also be a well-deserved acknowledgment of her contributions to BECU's success.

I made an appointment for today to receive a call from a mortgage specialist from this location of BECU. I took off work, but never received the call. I tried to reach out via text and chat, but the customer service here has just kept me waiting through my appointment time. Not sure if I should try to reschedule with BECU, even though i bank here.

All BECU locations inside of Seattle are cashless. I opened an account with them specifically because I thought a local bank would make getting quarters for my laundry easier. It’s my fault assuming but I wish they had warned me.

Why is the ATM inside of the branch!? What's the point of ATM then!!!? If we need to withdraw money after business hours what should we do!!!!!!!!???

First time encountering a bank where the ATM wasn't 24 hrs. There's no option to enter your card at the door. I was hoping to get cash in the evening but no dice.

I enjoy banking with them. Just always frustrated that they don’t have a bathroom for members. I understand people coming in off the street looking to access a public bathroom. But I have been a member for over 8 years. Would appreciate not having to walk a couple blocks, to have to come back to finish my business that brought me in, in the first place. Would expect/appreciate more.
