This BECU branch is fantastic, especially because of Mr. Alvarez. He is personable and knowledgeable, always taking the time to go above and beyond for his customers. I had been dissatisfied with a couple of my accounts and was considering closing them, but he changed my mind. He genuinely cares about BECU members and is willing to help with any concerns you may have. However, the small ATM lobby area is usually extremely crowded with limited space and privacy. Great job, Brendan Alvarez!

I love BECU, but the atm hours at this location are ridiculous. How can you close an atm at 1pm on Saturday and not be open at all on Sunday? It’s an atm! The whole point is it’s available when the bank isn’t.

I was poorly attended at the Bank on my last visit today. An arrogant man and without any preparation for care. I wasn't willing to help me... so I requested the closure of my account. I've always had my account at this bank since I arrived in Washington! But I don't recommend it anymore. I'm disappointed.

Used the ATM exclusively. Vestibule is clean and open every time I've gone during the stated hours. Have experienced significant line for the two ATMs. The withdrawal fee is $3 for non-members.

ATM vestibule locked and closed super early at 1. Closed all day on Sundays. Extremely inconvenient.

I have to give a big shout out to Criselda Bueno. Very informative, resourceful, professional and caring. She explained everything I needed to know in a concise manner; It was flawless. I didn’t have to wonder or feel lost in the whole process of understanding what we needed. She answered every question in depth and was patient with us the whole time.
