After a not-so-pleasant call with an online representative regarding some questionable charges, I decided to visit my closest BECU branch to obtain a new debit card, realizing I couldn't possibly go 7-10 days without access to my account.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dena Nguyen, whose outstanding service turned my frustrating experience into a positive one. From the moment I arrived, Dena greeted me with a warm, reassuring smile and listened carefully as I explained my situation. Their empathy and professionalism stood out immediately. Dena quickly assessed the issue, patiently answered my questions, and guided me through the steps to secure a new debit card. They efficiently handled the paperwork while ensuring I felt heard and taken care of throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was their calm demeanor, which put me at ease after a stressful start to the day.
Thanks to Dena’s dedication to exceptional customer care, I left the branch feeling not only relieved but genuinely valued as a BECU member. I don't know why it has such a low rating. It amazes meI didn't even have a BECU membership or account and I met Jordan who helped me set up the account and the Auto loan with in 30 minutes. I got the best rates from 10 different banks. I'm so amazed full five-star full service
