Horrible service! If you want to be frustrated and angry every time you have a banking issue, sign up with these clowns. Management must have trained at Spirit Airlines and Carnival Cruises to have this level of hatred for their customers. Their online banking was programmed by a C- student in a high school programming class. Don’t even try to walk into a branch without making an appointment at a time convenient for them at least 3 or 4 days ahead of time. I could never get recognized by the telephone program. Worst business EVER!

I went in to get a personal loan for debt consolidation. Emily T. Was extremely helpful throughout the process. She also shared saving strategies for my newborn son and referred me to financial planning services.
They even went out of her way to follow up on an unrelated card issue with me afterwards. I’m beyond satisfied with the level of customer service and am looking forward to interacting with Emily again if the need arises.

I need to buy a plane ticket today (Sunday) but can’t access my account to transfer money from my savings to my checking because the online baking is down. I’ve been on the phone for an hour trying. This is the 3rd time I haven’t been able to access the money in my account when I needed it. Banking with BECU is endlessly frustrating.

Repugnant treatment… they I lost my wallet and had to get a new card, I had my foreign passport & called ahead to know if I could use it to get a new card. They said I could I walked in and presented the passport, they said they couldn’t take the passport, then proceeded to tell me specifically it was because it was a foreign passport. I called customer service they claimed I could use the passport, then they said the clerk claimed I never presented the passport, it went to the manager, but then they claimed it was refused because it was expired, then they tried to pass it off again as to say I never showed them the passport.
Ultimately they tried to push the blame onto me anyway they could. It was a repugnant and uncomfortable experience

Very, very friendly and professional. Informed me how to open online membership and manage the mobile app. Emily was quite helpful and so friendly.
