The movers who came were fantastic folks from the Man With a Truck agency. This has been my best ever experience with a moving company. Ray was an excellent, strategic mover who was able to help us map out the order of what to move, and the whole team has been communicative and professional. Moving is one of the most stressful life events, but these guys made the best of every moment.
I would not hesitate to call them again for any kind of move. Five stars!

Nuke's team in Bothell was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, very polite, and exceptionally hard workers. I can't say enough how fantastic they were; even when it started to rain they were so careful and protective of my belongings. I would definitely use this service again.

I booked with Bellhop and was assigned Man With a Truck (MWAT) as my local team. They were very professional and communicative, wrapped my things carefully, and got some bulky furniture up and down some steep stairs with awkward turns and angles. I would definitely use again!

If I could give Bellhop 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this company which let me schedule four days ahead of my move no problem, and even was easily able make a stop en route to the final destination to pick up additional furniture at a store with a receipt I had given them. The team of Vlad and Alex were exceptional. They were polite, friendly, professional, very neat, clean and careful not to damage either the furniture or the walls. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them. Possibly the best moving experience I have ever had.

Bellhop Moving is a deceptive brokerage (not a direct moving company) that intentionally underquotes customers to lure them in, only to inflate charges by 350% or more after services are rendered. The kids they hire as "movers" are not professional or qualified movers, and they even admitted underquoting is standard practice for Bellhop.
The company makes no effort to be transparent about pricing. They quoted me 4 hours to move a 750 sq. ft. apartment just 3 miles, with only one large furniture item (a 3-seat couch) and total possessions that filled only half a truck. The move ended up taking nearly 11 hours, and with all charges, the cost exceeded $3,000 - an outrageous, predatory scam.
When I reported these serious issues mid-move, Bellhop lied about sending help and never followed up. Post-move, they falsified documents sent to my credit card company, falsely claiming more movers were present and that I never raised any issues or concerns, despite extensive communications proving otherwise. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been trying to hold them accountable for years due to an overwhelming number of similar complaints (1.2-star rating, 131+ complaints), but the State Attorney General offices have not yet taken action.
This company is a scam, a bait-and-switch operation, and a consumer nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, hire one of the many alternatives to Bellhop Movers.
UPDATED REVIEW: Bellhop has provided yet another opportunity to expose their rampant dishonesty. First, they know very well that I accurately provided info that there wasn't an elevator at my original apartment upon providing them info for the quote - they obviously have the data entered directly into their own website, it's literally in their quote, it's captured in multiple recorded phone conversations, and it's in multiple documented exchanges with AmEx, the BBB, and two State Attorney General offices. For fun, I've added a screenshot of their own representative acknowledging this information was properly provided in paperwork THEY submitted to the BBB.
Second, they claim I did not have a reservation for the elevator at my destination and that this somehow extended the move time. This is a complete manipulation of reality. In reality, my original elevator reservation was made for 10am-12pm based on their quoted move time, but the new building double-booked that original time slot. This ended up being completely irrelevant because Bellhop's movers took SIX HOURS to load the truck at my original apartment and did not even arrive to my new apartment until 3pm, for which I had the elevator reserved for when they arrived, from 3-5pm. I've attached a screenshot of that reservation confirmation.
Next, regarding the alleged long distance from the building to the truck - this is a new one! Turns out I happened to take a picture of the truck from my apartment window that day, so I've attached that here as well. For clarification, the stairwell from the building to the loading zone in which the truck is parked, is directly below my apartment and it's a straight line from the building door to the truck.
Last, when looking for the picture of the truck in the loading zone, I found another picture of the truck fully loaded (I know it's fully loaded because of the file timestamp). I've uploaded that picture and as you can see the truck is far from being filled, so this was not an issue of there being an excessive or unusual amount of stuff - in fact, quite the opposite.
So I ask you to ask yourself... at the end of the day, do you think it's reasonable, professional, or above-board for "professionals" to take almost 11 hours moving a 750 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment to another 750 sq. ft. apartment only three miles away (15 min drive time)? Bellhop does. They also think it's okay to blame and defame th

Do not give this company your number. Nonstop harassment. Humans and machines calling. We've asked to be taken off their call list twice.

Artur and Baha (our packing team) were absolutely FANTASTIC!! They were incredibly efficient and I’m just amazed at how much they were able for into our POD. They were super polite and thoughtful. I would 💯 recommend them and Bellhop as a service, and will be using them again in a couple weeks as a repeat customer! Thank you for taking the stress out of a very stressful process. :)

Artur and his crew did a great job emptying my pod back into my house (including letting me add new furniture pads as they went). Very careful, efficient and equipped to properly reassemble tables. On time, respectful and cheerful.
BTW, they also did the loading of my pod for storage and did a great job on that, too.
