Some good things about this hotel:Friendly and helpful staff. Very hospitable. Extra large bath towels Great shower pressureQuiet (in the courtyard view room)Comfy bedsReal coffee cups (not single use) Front desk saw I had a bottle of wine and offered a nice wineglass for my room Kitchenettes with microwave and refrigerator Little market close by I would stay here again. It's a great hotel for its price point.

From the welcoming helpful staff at the desk to the rooftop this is an excellent choice for a downtown Seattle stay. King bed was firm in a good way and bedding was comfy and warm. Room window can be opened! Small bathroom is well organized with good and big bath towels. Mini microwave and fridge in room are very useful too. Guest laundry available. Be aware rooms are small but very comfortable. Hotel can book a deluxe car for transport to/from airport. competitive price to taxi or ride app but reliable and comfortable. Pay directly to driver. Walk to everything! Plenty of food options nearby. Overall it was a perfect stay and we recommend Belltown Inn.

I absolutely love it. Sure, their is homeless in the area, but if you're from anywhere in the US, it's nothing new. We walked at night and were not bothered. Hotel offers umbrellas and bikes for free. It's so awesome. Our room was clean and comfortable. We sat on the rooftop for a night cap, and the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend the Belltown Inn.

I booked this for my 51 yo daughter and her friend from Grants Pass OR to attend KISS Monday night. They parked in the recommended $30 a day parking a block away and paid the motel/hotel. On leaving, the window facing street in her Tahoe was destroyed. Clothes, briefcase, change and many items stolen and car ransacked. Police had left card on car. 10 total vehicles smashed. Front Desk response at checkout essentially "too bad, pay anyway, no refund"!!Unbelievable. Knew Seattle homeless and crime is bad, but so are the people. Sad.

I was charged $30 for parking. My window was bashed out and all my items were stolen and I was still charged for parking. Multiple guests vehicles were broken into and the man at the desk acted like he could have cared less

Wonderful service. Location was perfect for my purposes. I would recommend this inn to any traveler to Seattle. Cannot say enough good about the front desk staff. The dog park across the street is a source of continuous entertainment.

They literally charge $30 for parking and someone smashed my window and stole everything out of my car. It happened to 10 guests while I was there and still charged $30 for parking. The safe didn't work in the room and the guy at the desk could have cared less about anything. Do not recommend at all!!!

fantastic! free coffee until early afternoon in the lobby, free flavored water in the lobby all day, FREE BICYCLE RENTALS until sundown every day. very clean room, bathroom, coffee AND snacks in the hotel room. price was quite adequate for all the little extras. very pleased. all employees were very helpful and smiling the entire day. I'd work there just to be around these people!

Our dogs are like our kids now that we are older, the staff and everyone treated them kindly and they loved the doggy park across the street. There was a loading and unloading area and secure parking. We felt safe during out visit which is always a concern for older people in a large unfamiliar city.

We came in to Seattle a day early before boarding a cruise. This hotel was recommended and we are glad we stayed here. This place was really adorable. It was a great experience because of the people behind the desk.

Amazing and affordable place to stay. Easy walking distance to a good majority of the tourist destinations. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. My only complaint is there only being 1 lock on the door in the room. I never felt the need for another during my stay, but as a solo female traveller it’s more for peace of mind.Safety: There was someone at the desk 24/7. The front doors required room card to access after 10pm, and I noticed all hallways and the rooftop had cameras. Overall felt very safe staying here.Noteworthy details: The rooftop deck is a great place to have a meal or just take in the city view.

Not your typical 2-star hotel! This small business is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and compact. Great location for a tourist like me who takes a ferry from Victoria, BC. I will choose this hotel for my little getaway in Seattle next time!Rooms: Tiny but it gives a cozy feeling.Walkability: Good amount of walking between downtown and Space Needle.

Pillows were massive and rock hard. Was getting 3-4 hrs of sleep per night.Key scanner on door was also malfunctioning constantly and event with a ton of key resets it wouldn’t work consistently.Staff was great and efficient, and location was only a 10 min Uber to climate pledge.

My daughter wanted to spend her birthday in Seattle and she was very happy with the friendly people and great fresh fish! Love the energy and different food products at the market. The cold weather takes getting use to coming from a warmer climate but the experience was well worth the cold.
