Nice staff huge unit at a good price for the 1st four months then they raise the price now not so much I think I'ma go elsewhere at the end of April but they are nice here helpful and they always make sure your unit is secure once or twice I forgot to lock it up and staff made sure it had a lock on it till I came back even called to let me know great customer service! As always better each day

It’s been such a nightmare trying to find a storage unit last minute and affordable but Belltown Storage has been so awesome, great prices and customer service, highly recommend.

Do not reserve a u-haul at this location. Even though you have paperwork saying you have a truck reserved the person will tell you they've never heard of you. When you call u-haul they tell you that the location canceled and changed the time of our pick without giving us notice.
Maybe the storage is better but the uhaul pick side is shady and you should just go with another location.

Tried to rent a truck there, had all the reservations right and then was told by the person at the front desk I needed a second person with an ID as well. I called U-Haul and they said that has never been a policy. Idk if it was. Competency thing or a race thing but I’ve never been back there since

Really cool place, has lots of different size storage units to chose from. Right down the street from pike place market. Super friendly staff. Go get yourself some storage.

Belltown Storage is great. Tripp the manager is awesome, he's gone above and beyond to help me on a few occasions. I've always found him to be professional and kind .I've also never had a problem parking in the lot, pro tip: theres a couple spots on the street out front dedicated to loading.This is a good spot if you live in the area. I found it convenient and never had any issues whatsoever.

The online system made us register everything twice. There is no place to park your car, and the attendant made us move to a parking garage to pay for parking while we used the van. Attendant was not very nice. Try some place else. From what I see on the reviews, many people have experienced this same poor level of service.

Tripp made it really easy when I had to check in and check out a uhaul!Super friendly and clear.Definitely way better than any actual uhaul location!I will be back for sure.
