Just celebrated my 1 year anniversary with Belltown Strength & Conditioning - a testament to their compelling programming, top trainers, and community experience. They focus on kettlebells, barbells, and circuit training. And because they focus on good form in every class I've had zero injuries! I love everyone on the BSC team and look forward to more anniversaries here!

Belltown strength is a unicorn - spacious, great trainers, equipment and program - all in one. I have felt much more stronger and fitter since I have started working out here. Highly recommend the monthly membership that lets you sign up for unlimited classes!

I have been working out here since fall 2019. The staff is very friendly and they take care to demonstrate good form through the variety of motions and exercises. Every trainer is worthwhile. They will gladly customize their programming and planning to meet your level of experience, your comfort, and/or any aches and pains or other concerns you may have. The space is large, unlike some other nearby gyms that have group classes where the members are way too close to be safe. My experience is mostly the group classes, but based on classes I have taken where I happened to be the only one on the schedule, I presume that the one-on-one personal training is also high quality.

Belltown strength and conditioning classes are a total game changer for me. Having done only cardio exercises all my life, I was eased into the world of strength and conditioning. The trainers- Tony, Adrienne, Melissa and Ollie have been very helpful in my strengthening journey. Their attention to movements and coaching during the sessions have enabled me to exercise correctly by watching over my form. I look forward to the unique monthly challenges they post at the start of the month!

Stopped in for a workout while staying in Belltown on vacation. The facility is clean and well-lit, and equipped with a good amount of cardio, barbell, and kettlebell equipment. The owner, John, was friendly and got me set up right away. Would return in the future.

Amazing equipment, very welcoming staff who are great people and are very knowledgeable in physical training. The atmosphere, trainers and high quality equipment made Belltown S&C a great place to workout and make new friends.Thank you Tony and Adrienne!

In short! Super fun Circuit class and kind folks.Pros: great switch up from my normal routine and laid out plans.I really enjoyed being able to drop in and try something completely new and being able to jump from station to station was a great challenge. John teaches a great class and for those beginning to medium level folks you can pace yourself !cons: this isn't something they can help but parking in the area can the area can be tricky so shoot for the parking spot across the street or spot hero.

I docked one star from this gym because as I mentioned it is a little on the smaller side and there are a couple of nice pieces of equipment where I felt I was in the way of foot traffic when working out. Friendly staff.

So I've been training for the majority of my life! I've transitioned these past couple of years from a bodybuilding/powerlifting style to more functional fitness and that's what initially led me here to Hannah! She posts amazing, educational content on Instagram so I wanted to train in person at her gym. I have to say, she is the definition of an "expert". I got more out of an hour training session with her than I had anywhere else in the past couple of years. The way she breaks down movements both safely & efficiently is unbelievable. She understands movements better than anyone I've ever worked with and she helps bring proper technique to all body types. She's patient, thorough and thoughtful with every aspect of the training. The gym is honestly beautiful, it's perfect for modern, functional fitness. I can't speak highly enough of what they have going on at Belltown!

BSC challenged me, pushed me and enabled me to become the strongest form of myself. The Strongfirst training methods they use help form the basis of form and function of an exercise before adding weight. The coaches are diligent in recognizing first timers and members that need refreshers or tweaks during an exercise or class. This gym is welcoming, clean and it doesn't matter if the class is 4 strong or 16 strong I still felt like I had the coaches attention along with everyone else. The attitude of the gym is welcoming and inclusive, it doesn't matter if its day 1 or day 1001, if you showed up to work out, everyone is supportive. I had never experience a gym like this before. Hannah and team are by far some of the best coaches and trainers I have experienced in Seattle/WA and around OR/CA. I can't wait to see how they expand and grow in the area.

This is the most effective gym I've been to - if you're wanting to step up your game getting into shape this is the place. The personal training option is a great way to get started, the strength training and cardio classes really push you to your limits! Now they offer regular yoga classes which are great to mix in between the other classes.
