Their website states nothing of two forms of photo ID needed for trade-ins. I showed them my Driver's License and Washington state concealed pistol license that displays the Driver 's License number on it to match. They declined it and said due to criminals trading in stolen goods the City of Seattle requires two forms of photo ID. I spoke with the store manager and asked if they can put a notice of that to save people from traveling all the way to the store to be informed of this by word of mouth only. He had a very not my problem attitude about it and refused to pass along any feedback. They told me to go to the Bellevue store and they might be able do it without two forms of photo ID. So I'm just expected to travel around from store to store until I find a location that can tell me by word of mouth (the only way this information is provided) if I can do a trade in or not. I've worked in customer service for years and work for a nearby medical center. I'd have to say as a professional these people deserve a F minus for service and why I'm even giving them a single star is because this app requires it.

I generally prefer to do all purchases online but this time I had to go in for a complicated transaction. I went just before the store close and was helped by Chris and Jordan who were patient and helpful in the process. It’s customer experience like this that stays with a customer that will prefer to to come into the store for.

You delivered my TV to my old address even though I updated it TWICE at your store. Why can’t a company that sells electronics work a simple database. Very disappointed in you wasting my time. And for the record, through more headache and delay, the order was Cancelled!I bought the TV at Walmart where it was a better deal, in stock, and a nice lady brought me a cart to carry it on. None of that at Bust Buy.

I needed to switch out a tv that was not operable and had a great experience here. Alex at counter was attentive and accommodating. He sent me back to Tyler who MADE MY DAY!!!! He and I found the perfect new tv and we tried it out before I left since last one was delivered broken. He carried it out to my car for me and I am thrilled with the new tv. Thanks Tyler!!!! Keep up the great work and come learn Fly Fishing with me at NFC on meetup.

Worst Experience Ever. Do not shop here. Samsung Exchange Promo is not good. Instead of letting me know to mail my Samsung classic watch 4 back to Samsung via Fed Ex they took my watch and dumped it in recycling. This is all in video by their store. And I had just purchased the Samsung 4 classic at Walmart. Now Samsung writing me threatening emails they want $200 or they will disable my watch. … as they never got it back. I’ve called texted Samsung 5 times. The manager here needs to be retrained in customer service and the cashiers need to correct info on promos so they don’t dump watches in error

Kind of expensive, you could find a lot of electronics online for cheaper. The workers there kind of seemed like they were ripping us off when we wanted a cheap non smart TV, and didn’t really seem to do anything but want their break.

Reasonable selection of appliances & electronics. Some video games for PS, Switch &XBox but not a huge selection. Plenty of big TVs. I was able to get a high speed USB drive no sweat.
