Went in for a quick removal of my powder dip. The lady didn’t soak my nails in any solution or grind off the top coat. She just used a fake nail to pry off my very well adhered powder dip. It was painful and damaged all my nails when she lifted them off the finger bed in the process. The lady was also rude to another customer and kicked her out during our service. I wasn’t gonna argue or get into it. I needed my nails done and get out of there fast. Don’t plan to go back again.

Zero stars! The sloppiest most unskilled nail services ever. I took my daughter with me and when she saw how bad my feet looked done she decided she didn't want to get her nails done there and then they had the nerve to charge her $15 because her feet soaked in water (which was cold and mine was scalding and they don't use tub liners! ?) Never again! please read the reviews. Almost all of them are one star. What a mistake I didn't read the reviews first!!

Very very very disappointed. I don’t recommend coming in this place. People save your time and go somewhere else! They don’t know how to do nails at all.

This place isn’t where you want to go for a plain manicure. The filing was uneven and not smooth and I somehow ended up with some glitter on the clear polish that I requested. The hand massage was actually uncomfortable. I can’t speak for their nail art but they have a large selection of polish. I will keep looking for a good place for a plain manicure.

One of the most traumatic experiences. I don’t leave one star reviews because I don’t like to take money out of other’s pockets just because I didn’t have a good experience, but this was a hazardous experience that I’m now going to the doctor for and considering legal action as a result. If this is your spot, please encourage them to follow health protocols and to make sure everyone has their license that is practicing there because I’m calling the health department today. They ripped off my nail from my finger and tried to superglue the whole they made on my finger. During the entire experience, the person working on my nails was struggling to just file down my dip powder. I get my nails regularly dipped at another salon and only went somewhere different because my friend wanted to go there. This is not a special or brand new nail treatment, but this woman WAS NOT qualified. I made very clear what I wanted and how I wanted it done. Frankly, I was ignored and as this woman started working on my nails she became increasingly frustrated with how she couldn’t manage my nails. She continually poked and prodded until she ripped it off and then started slapping my hands as if that would help stop the bleeding. I don’t like publicly crying but I couldn’t help it. It was extremely painful and humiliating. AND they still had the nerve to charge me the full price when a more qualified person stepped in to “fix my nail” The way they treated me was beyond disrespectful. Having someone physically hurt you and then gaslight you is disgusting. This place is a health concern and without the proper training, they should be shut down. This was a dangerous experience that I would never wish on anyone.

Tried this place 3 times since it's the only close place to my house. They gave me fungus then didn't treat it. Never listens to what I want. They are more expensive than most places. Never going back especially after last experience!

My first 1 star review of a place. The most bizarre manicure / pedicure I’ve ever had. It’s a shock places like this remain in business. The tech used a Dremel tool to file down my nails to the nerve, and left them dull, scratched, and weak. No treatment of my cuticle, dirt under my nails - did they think I wouldn’t notice? A week later, my nails are still sensitive and in pain. Many scratches over my nails, and now I see them growing back in again it’s clear how much they damaged my nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. They should no longer be open. 1 star because they were at least nice and took me as a walk in. -4 stars because I would have been better off giving myself a manicure with rocks, twigs and sandpaper. Trust the other 1 star reviews, I should have!

Last minute salon visit due to emergency. Nail tech didn't talk except to tell me the square shape "is better". Cool because I'm not particular about shape but don't force that shape and you can't do it! My nails were filed crooked and the polish has bubbles and there was nail polish and acrylic on my fingers. 60 bucks and I'm home now trying to fix this mess of a full set. The tech was a bit rude even though she only spoke 5 words during this entire exchange!

I don't ever write reviews, but their service is so bad I had to leave my first one. Layers of my nail bed are peeling off and my thumb nail is literally broken down to the pink part. TDLR; avoid this place at all costs.I came in to take my acrylics off. I had only ever had my nails done 2 times, so they were very healthy before coming in. The owner, Johnathan (who goes by Johnny), proceeded to take a fake nail and force it under the acrylics, PRYING off my fake nails and ripping off my natural nails in the process. He said that I "probably already had a crack in my nail" so that's why my nail broke. No. It was literally my second time ever doing my nails. Layers of my nail are legitimately peeling off as I type this. If anyone ever tries to pry off your fake nails, do NOT continue the service. It hurt so bad and they left my nails dry and unpolished afterwards, no oil, clear polish, or even filing my nails to be even length afterwards. If I had wanted to rip off my nails, I could have done it myself for free instead of paying someone to do it for me. Don't come here if you value the health of your nails.

I got a set of solid color acrylics yesterday here as a walk in and got charged 50 dollars for them to1. not prepare my nail bed properly2. shape the acrylics unevenly (the shape and the overall surface)3. accidentally file my cuticle and made it bleed4. get mad at me for telling them that they’re not doing my nails the way I want it 5. got acrylic material stuck all on my skinI had to file them down on my own when I got home. They also use the same tools on everyone.

PSA: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. *Long buy necessary, I rarely write reviews but this is a must. I went on Friday 4/22/22 it was my first time going (just moved into the area). I was a walk-in so the 25 minutes I waited wasn’t an issue. I told her I broke a nail and wanted it to match the others, that didn’t happen as you can see in the pics. My nails are mine but my normal mail tech will just add a tip to match the length (I guess that was too much for this one). Okay, I’m a simple person and I don’t really like to cause a scene (social anxiety) so I asked can she make them almond shape but with a chapter tip, she then started to get aggressive with my hand for a second…I was trying to give them a chance but it’s just a NO, as you can see all my nails are different shapes and she rushed at the end instead of making them match because someone came in and everyone was full. Idk, I guess you have to be a regular before they care…but that doesn’t help business if you’re always like that to anyone new. I’m glad I just did the nails first because I would be more upset about my toes I’m highly disappointed and hope this helps ppl.Service: Gel manicure

I love this nail salon, it’s become my top go-to shop now. The owners/workers are extremely nice and I leave happy with my nails EVERY SINGLE TIME!

If i could give them 0 stars i would. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. My nails turned out HORRIBLE. They were so thin, that they hurt all night long. The lady got frustrated with me when i was telling her they aren't looking like i wanted, so then she started being more aggressive with my hands. I have cuts on my nail beds and my nails hurt to the touch. Not to mention they look absolutely horrible... THEN when it came time to pay, they up charged me $10 extra for the "design." It's the worst "design" I've ever seen, and nobody would listen to me to fix it. They did the same for my sister. Up charged her with no explanation, her fill was supposed to be $25, ended up being $55 because she added some yellow. Avoid this place at all costs. My nail beds are already started to get infected and they did not sanitize any of their tools!!Service: Gel manicure

Said they could fit me in when I called then ended up waiting 30 min inside then another 30 min to get passed to another tech. In total I was there for 4 hours just for a gel set. Went back since its the closest salon to me and the lady did the wrong design. I showed her the picture and she seemed to understand. When I stopped her and told her it was wrong, this guy stepped in and said thats what I wanted when he wasn’t even there. Left my original nail damaged after that set. Big mess of a salon
