Our hats are off to Colin Kehr for his quick figuring out our aging & peculiar plumbing/heating system that was leaking at the circulation manifolds. Rebuilding the aged distribution manifolds took knowing where to look for parts & how to merge new with old, and it worked! These guys finished in a startling short amount of time. Without functioning manifolds our home was unheated but thanks to the two Best Plumbing crew we now have a heated home!

Sadly the business owner got the same story the tech and dispatch tried to tell me. The tech did not have my unit # but did have my phone number which he never called. I was standing looking at the truck for over 15 minutes from 20 feet away. The tech's head kept popping up and down out of view, why I don't know.
The dispatch REPEATEDLY told me he out of his van walking toward you for 15 minutes, as I was looking directly at his van, I kept telling dispatch, HE HASN'T EVEN OPENED HIS VAN DOOR YET. Dispatch repeated the same cock and bull story for 3 more times. There were 3 other residents in the lobby listening and watching this entire exchange. While it is admirable that a business owner wants to believe his employees, this time you need to listen to the customer. You are completely incorrect.
This is the business that gives all plumbers a bad name. 1st guy to show up was late, sat in his truck for 15 minutes and when he came to the door was all jacked on drugs. Be careful of whom you let in your place.

We needed after hour services and called Best. Morgan was surprisingly upbeat for a guy that was working all night. His positive attitude and willingness to get us taken care of (3AM) is greatly appreciated. We’ll continue to use Best Plumbing.

Do not work with them. We entered into a work scope with them to fix a sewer line. When there was a further break in the line, they stopped the job, then tried to charge 3X as much as any other contractor for those changes. When we asked them to come into line with the other bids we had, they went silent on us and then threatened to file a lien on our property if we did not pay them in full for the job, even though they did not fix the issue.

I have never given anyone a bad review before but Best Plumbing $$$$$$$$ way over priced for a simple quick repair which I was not given the option of declining due to to the high cost. Please, make sure you get a price up front on any work you have done, will NOT be using them again!!!!!!

On our townhome in Queen Anne, our renter reported a large increase in the water bill. We called these folks. They recommended 4K plus in remediations including putting in a shut off valve (which already exists). Another plumber came in and fixed the issue the same day. Their visit cost me $400 and a call from a rude lady who said be careful what you write on the review. Please say away from Best Plumbing - they are anything but best.

Caleb did a great job. He is Assessed the situation and was a good communicator and assisted me in advocating for the building manager to address the issue. While Caleb was not able to fix the problem, he understood what it was and was able to explain it to the front desk of my condo, I appreciate his efforts. And he also loaned me his his wet dry vac, which really made a difference during the night as I tried to keep the leak under control. I gave him five or five for his professional And excellent service thank you

My company had an unfortunately awful experience with Best Plumbing. We had hired them for a project, and they never fully completed the job and ultimately charged us more than they had quoted us for. It's disappointing and we will never be working with them again.
