Room was dirty pubic hair left in bath tub, when I complained staff asked what do want? I asked for different room nope got a 20 dollar discount, not sure who all like to bath in pubic hair I sure don’t

We stayed one night prior to a flight out of Seattle. The location was great and just minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated but like I said they were clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

This place is conveniently close to the airport. My company has 15 employees out of town in the seattle area for about 100 days out of the year for multiple days at a time. I cant believe they dont have microwaves in the room. There is 1 you can use in the lobby but after a 15 hour day, who wants to stand in the lobby to heat up dinner? Such a small investment would be keeping us here but sadly going to find something else for the rest of the year.

Small pool. Ok breakfast the heat and ac hard to control. Clean rooms. No good views not much to eat around

Stay at the hotel after returning from a cruise. The hotel is a standard Best Western. You have restaurants within walking distance, there is a free shuttle to the Airport and the Mall. The train station is also within walking distance

We stayed here it said close to airport and restaurants within walking distance. This Best Western was at the end of the airport range. We did catch a shuttle from the airport and since nowhere to eat we ordered in a Pizza it wasn’t too bad. Took an Uber in the Am to Pier 91 for cruise. In the end it was just ok nothing bad but not much good average room and service.

Convenient hotel for those who have to spend the night near the airport. The hotel shuttle runs between the airport and the hotel approximately every half hour if there are users who need it. Once you leave the airport simply follow for parking and connection to public transport. Then you go down to the third floor of the car park and along the pavement there are telephones with rapid numbers to call the hotel and request the shuttle service (dial number 14). Fundamental because the phone wasn't working for me.
The hotel itself is nice, nothing exceptional typical US chain. It is located far from everything to eat something you have to rely on one or a maximum of 2 restaurants within walking distance
Rooms: Standard rooms a little bare. The curtains do not cover the morning light.
Nearby activities: In the middle of nowhere you have to travel by car, otherwise there are a couple of restaurants (chains) available within a 15-20 minute walk
Food & drinks: The breakfast is good and very varied, typical American

Best Western@ seaTac airport always deliver. Great customer service. All their employees always Provide wonderful service to the customers need. The shuttle bus is always on time. Breakfast is served twice a day. The rooms are always clean bathrooms, toilet, sink towels. Everything is so clean. Providing coffee in your room television Internet Wi-Fi is working. Lots of parking provided, taking away any stress while relaxing by the pool or step into the jacuzzi. They also have a clean Gym.
Did I mention they have a washer and dryer. Yes!!! So what are you waiting for, get to it and book your reservation.
Rooms: Again, the rooms are comfortable with every necessities that you need. If you need anything, just call Housekeeping or the front desk I can guarantee you they will answer the phone.
Nearby activities: I just see a lot of people walking.
Safety: The hotel is close perimeter to the airport.
Food & drinks: L&L Hawaiian Food, try the Chicken Katsu plate or Kailua pork plate w/no cabbage. Don’t forget Spam Musubi just delicious on the Gooo.

Didn't realize that rooms aren't cleaned on a daily basis unless 4 night stay. However, clean towel ca be requested and that service is prompt. Good staff and great service. Quiet at night.
Rooms: Clean and very comfortable bed.
Walkability: Close to lightrail but uphill getting there.

The hotel was very accommodating, clean, and well maintained. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is a bit sketchy but felt very safe in the hotel. I wouldn't walk around though.
Rooms: Or room was very clean and the beds were comfy.
Food & drinks: Very nice breakfast with early continental options starting at 3am with more options added at 6:00 or 6:30

This hotel is a great one to choose that is near the airport. Most friendly staff. Accommodating large rooms that look and smell so clean. The hotel comes with a swimming pool, laundry service, game room, and hot breakfast. I love this hotel near the SEATAC airport. Absolutely great management and a great team of employees. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We will be choosing this hotel from now on. 7.2024 AMA

Our stay was good. The only issue we had was that we were in the building that houses the maintenance supplies so it could be loud when they were coming and going. There was a very loud noise that happened around 3 am every night, not sure what it was, but it woke us all up. Other than that, it was good.
